酒店的服務態度非常好。早餐也多樣化。地點就在捷運旁。也有好多公交車站，一房間的舒適度和所付出的價錢比較，是值得的。

Excellent location, very convenient. Next to bus stops, subway station, train station, many restaurants and shopping area as well. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Service is good as well. The only things is that the bed and pillow are a bit uncomfortable.

Conveniently located, just 2 min walk from MRT station. Taxi right in front of the hotel. Breakfast OK but not much variety. A bit pricey for a 'deluxe double room'. Just one beside tale and no reading lights or alarm clock. If you need a place to 'just sleep I would recommend it.

对于國光大飯店-台中館，你要找名帅大饭店。不然，你很难找得到。很好的地点，在市区里，离火车站、交通车站都很近。价格便宜、服务也可以。是自由行的可选的旅馆。

Good location, close to Eslite bookstore, famous restaurants and a lot of green area. But while compare to the price I paid, I can just say the hotel facilities and service level are just so so. And as a 5 star hotel, I would expect there is a swimming pool and a much bigger lobby. Also, there is a huge construction site right in front of the hotel which made it very noisy and inconvenient.

長榮桂冠飯店人員服務態度優良且處理事情動作迅速,雖然check in時因為上一個房客不守規矩在房間內抽煙導致煙味很重,讓我們等了一下子,但飯店人員很努力使煙味散去,也展現誠意可以幫我換房間,並致送小禮物致歉,讓我感覺很好,另外房間很乾淨也很舒服,如真要建議得有2項:1.)沒有室內拖鞋 2.)床有一點兒硬,對床軟硬度有要求的人要考慮一下 ^ ^

The hotel has 15 years, but is very well preserved I am visiting the city with my family. The breakfast is very nice, with many different dishes. The staffs are very helpful, they try to help in everything. The rooms are very spacious. They are constructing new rooms, and facilities will be even better. I definitely will stay there again.

Do feel a bit disappointed on the low voltage hair dryer, a bit aged stings in the floor of bathroom, the temperature is unable to be adjusted, and the bed maybe a bit too short (just long enough for 5'6" me!), the rest are marvelous!!! Wonderful and friendly staffs, great location, and good in-house facilities -- incl great jacuzzi and gym!!! The best hotel in khh!!

飯店整體設計已顯老派，但維護得非常好，有一種復古的華麗感。房間打掃得極為乾淨、家具擺設居家且溫馨，十分舒適的飯店。 我們入住的房型可看見港口，視野非常好，夜景更是迷人。飯店旁即是愛河觀光船碼頭，有幾家河畔咖啡廳。除此之外，附近並沒有許多餐廳。百年玫瑰教堂就在步行五分鐘之內的距離。步行到新堀江或地鐵市政府站大約十五～二十分鐘。 工作人員的服務並未達星級飯店的水準，並且團體遊客很多，大廳顯得吵鬧而混亂。也許因為太忙碌服務人員幾乎沒有笑容，沒有賓至如歸的感覺。
