  是一个可以选择的性价比高的酒店，唯一的缺点就是离地铁较远，当然也可以每天花每次10美元左右的打车钱去downtown，或者7美元左右去chinatown，可以让前台帮忙叫车。无线网不快不慢，打游戏有点困难，其他的还是很方便的，晚上尽量不要出去乱跑。房间很大，热水洗浴都很棒。注意带拖鞋和牙刷牙膏，美国的宾馆都没有这些东西，要不就需要付费的。如果没有带可以去chinatown买。

  Generally speaking, the location is very good for business or for tourists. Since it's an very old style hotel, so I could not complain about the dim lights or lack of coffee maker. However, there was one tall black young receptionist at the front desk, who provided an extremely poor service. I asked him whether he could help me to check the departure hall for Cathy Pacific, he said " we have no such kind of service", and then I asked whether he could help me to book a seat at Airport Express pick-up service the next day, he also said" No". It surprised me how could a well-known hotel with great hoistory could hire such a guy with this kind of attitude to their customers by always saying "no". Then I went out of the hotel felt totally at a loss why the black tall young guy at the front desk had this type of attitude to their customers by saying "NO" all the time, without showing a sence of wanting to help!!! I never came across this type of service while I travelled around more than 25 states in American from the bread name 5-star hotels (such as Pike Hyatt, Hilton, Westin, Sheraton, ect..) to some simple motels like Holiday Inn, Radission, ect.. Then the bell boy said "yes" the front desk should be able to help me. I came back to the front desk again, then there was an eldly lady receiptionist standing by this arrogrant tall blacl young guy gave me a warm welcome immediately: she helped me without question to make a call and book a pick-up service at Airport Express the next day and then gave me the confirmation number immediately. Except this poor black tall young guy's bad attitude and treated their customer with great ignorance, the rest of staff I ran into duing my stay all provided good and fridenly service.

  good location in the loop ，close to the subway station.close to the grant park and nice museums. Clean, convenient and comfortable,we will stay here again.
