Everything about this hotel was top notch.

We truly enjoyed this hotel. The only drawback was the exorbitant charge to use the Internet. Brussels is a tough place to find free WIFI, but when one pays top dollar for a hotel- Internet should be included! This hotel is in a perfect location and the rooms are delightful!

Only stayed one evening, but a fantastic hotel. Only gripe would be the construction on the streets out front, making it a little difficult to get to/from the hotel. But considering so much of Brussels is pedestrian-friendly, not much of an inconvenience ... unless you're toting your luggage. excellent location, excellent service. wish the shower drainage worked so that I was not taking a shower in a big puddle. however, I have high high praise for the concierge, location and room comfort. I would go back again - and make sure that I don't end up with a clogged drainage. btw - if you ever go to london, stay away from The Landmark. Awesome place to stay in Brussels, the staff is the best and the Hotel and location are perfect. We always stay here when we go to Brussels. I recomend it to everyone, busuness or vacation.

Hatte ein Zimmer welches zur strasse hin war und deshalb zu laut war. Kein Zimmer Buchen zur Strasse hin. Sonst okay. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen braucht sanfte Renovation

Ein wirklich gutes 5 Sterne Hotel, sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Saubere, schöne Zimmer und es ist sehr ruhig im Hotel. Die Lage ist super, direkt hinter dem Grand Place und mitten im Kneipenviertel, man ist überall schnell zu Fuss. Der Hauptbahnhof liegt ebenfalls ist Gehdistanz, ca. 7 min. entfernt und von dort aus kann man direkt zum Flughafen […] fahren. Die Züge fahren alle 15 min und die Fahrt dauert 20 min. Das Frühstücksbüffet haben wir nicht genutzt, es kostete 28 Euro extra pro Person. Mangelhaft war das fehlende kostenfreie W-Lan, unverständlich bei den Zimmerpreisen. 阅读更多信息

１１月に母と２人で１泊いたしました。 グランプラスのすぐ裏手にある、とても便利な立地です。 外観は重厚で華やかであり、ホテルマンのみなさんの対応は非常に丁寧でした。 内装もきれいで、水回りも清潔でした。 チェックアウト後、買い物をするたびにホテルに預けに行ったのですが、快く荷物を預かってくださいました。

朝食が付いていなかったのですが、とてもおいしいと評判と書いてあったので行きました。１５ユーロのビュッフェと聞いていたのですが何か変？サービスは満点。途中で個人的にオーダーができる？それほど食べれるわけもなくそれはやめたが一人33ユーロ.の請求に唖然！朝食にそれはないんでは！

Отель большой, расположен крайне удобно, прямо за главной площадью. Именно поэтому стоит отказаться от завтрака в отеле и выпить кофе с традиционными вафлями в кафе перед ратушей,и любуясь на выстраивающийся с утра цветочный рынок. В номере чисто, просторная ванная. Минус в том, что персонала явно не хватает на общение со всеми гостями.

Nãos recomendo este hotel em Nenhuma hipótese. A localização e a construção é maravilhosa. Mas é pessimamente gerenciado. Acredito que quando houver a substituição do Gerente o hotel oferecera um serviço condizente com o seu porte.

2010年8月に4泊しました。ホテルとしては最高の部類に 入ると思います。場所も観光スポットに直ぐで、色々な意味で最高の環境でした。但し、週末に掛かった為か、或いは 場所柄か、深夜まで酔っ払いの騒音が4階の部屋まで聞こえました。チョット五月蝿かったです。後、デラックスルームを予約しましたが、狭かったです。これはこのホテルだけではなく、欧州のホテル全般に言えることかもしれませんが。 でも、私の中では結構お勧めです。

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Grote Markt. Von hieraus können die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Dadurch ist aber mit etwas Lautstärke während der Nacht zu rechnen. Der Garagenstellplatz war mit 30,-€/Tag etwas teuer. Ansonsten ist das Hotel den 5 Sternen entsprechend.

Situation de l'Hotel idéale pour découvrir le centre ville de Brussel. Cadre général de Qualité. Accueil et service exellent. Mobilier de la chambre décevant par rapport au reste de l'établissement (mobilier hétéroclite et sans caractère)
