Sheraton Hotel in Santiago, Chile overall was a great place. Perhaps one drawback was being surrounded by freeways, making it impossible to walk to a convenience store or restaurant so we were at the mercy of Sheraton prices for not only meals but even sodas and water.

This hotel is overpriced. The rooms are small. The service is ok. This hotel doesn't have wireless internet. On this same trip I stayed in smaller towns with wireless internet. For the price of the hotel, this was disappointing.

this hotel needs a makeover, old and very expensive riding on reputation but loosing value the minute you walk in the door. freeway view, no shops or restaurants the place was a disappointment. Great cable, and room service but way too expensive. old bathroom, room decorations, very mediocre for a 5 star hotel.

O hotel Apresentva um mau cheiro que iniciava-se nos elevadores o banheiro do quarto muito pequeno apertado sem conforto precisou pedir secador toalhas de papel e de rosto enfim não foi legal. Quanto ao pessoal do hotel os funcionários 10 sensacionais prestativos excelentes.

quede tristemente impresionado al ver las habitaciones y colchones tan viejos y en mal estado, realmente pase una noche terrible, no hay interner wifi gratuito, alla lo cobran como a 15 dolares el dia... definitivamente no lo recomienfdo a nadie, se quedo en los 90"s....
