洲际大酒店 (InterContinental Paris le Grand) - 巴黎

It appears that we were assigned to one of the worst rooms in the Hotel. The space of the room was a bit awkard. The shower space was small with me bumping my head on the ceiling. The service was sub-par. Otherwise, the location and general surrounding were fine.

We've stayed there 4 times and we like the location and the decor of the hotel which really reflects Paris. Each room is decorated differently, but they all look well cordinated. If you plan to have the breakfast in the hotel, make sure to opt for the breakfast package, or else it will be very expensive breakfast. No free internet in the hotel. The hotel was nice looking overall but appeared to be needing an update. Also, the temperature in the lobby and open area was to warm. It appeared as the air conditioning was only partially working. Our room was large so we could move around well but the toilet and bathroom were at separate ends of the room, that was weird and inconvenient. We turned […] the air conditioning down to its coldest and on hi but the room just wouldn't get cool enough for us. This made it hard to sleep well at night. Un cadre idyllique pour une demande spéciale... Nous avions une chambre magnifique avec vue imprenable sur l'Opéra Garnier qui avait accueilli le début de la soirée. Le personnel était aux petits soins (seau à glace monté dans la chambre en un temps record). Les environs offrent largement de quoi se restaurer et se divertir dans des lieux paisibles […] et romantiques. Très déçus par rapport à notre dernier séjour remontant tout de même à 15 ans: l' hôtel a bcp vieilli, le personnel est inexistant, le petit déjeuner buffet est bien moins attractif d'autant qu'il ne se sert plus dans la grande verrière mais au Café de Paris. A notre prochain séjour, nous essayerons un autre hôtel.

コネクティングルームのリクエストに応えて頂けたので大変助かりました。浴室のアメニティーやベッドの寝心地は良かったです。 キャンペーン中でクーポンをチェックインの際に頂き、チェックアウトの際に出しましたが、確認前にクレジットカードで処理されました。クーポンを使えるように頼みましたが軽く拒否されました。マネージャーを呼んで対応して頂きました。この際はかなり不快な思いをしました。 今回フォーシーズンスホテルでもお世話になりましたが、接遇の面では劣っていると感じました。

Nous venions fêter l'anniversaire de mon époux. Nous avons été particulièrement bien reçu avec de très belles attentions. Le personnel est très professionnel. La situation de l'établissement est extraordinaire. Notre chambre donnait sur l'Opéra. Le restaurant est a recommander également pour ses excellents fruits de mer. Ce fût une magnifique escapade. 大変好印象でした。スタッフは親切で、コンシェルジェの質も良かったです。ただ、お部屋にエクストラベッドを入れてもらうようにお願いしていて、チェックイン時にフロントでも人数を確認したのに、最初は入っていませんでした。そのせいか、タオルや洗面具が各部屋２人文ずつしかありませんでした。後にお部屋係にメモを残して置いたのですが、日によっては二人分しかありませんでした。ヨーロッパのホテルでは仕方ないのですが、お風呂と洗面所の水はけがあまり良くありませんでした。けれども、カフェやレストランは大変おいしく、相対的には大変良いところにリーズナブルに泊れました。

Een mooi, elegant hotel, met een uitstekende locatie, dicht in een mooie buurt, winkels, restaurants, place vendome, rue royale, alles is in de buurt. Prijzen zijn iets minder.... 38 euro per persoon voor ontbijt en 7 euro voor een thee.....
