The hotel is very good, both it's rooms and other facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prizes for services like transport are very high compared to local taxis but also offers a whole different comfort and service level. All in all a great place to stay!

Excellent hôtel, dommage tout de même qu'à ce prix il n'y ait pas de pantoufles dans les chambres En ce qui concerne les extras, il est très désagréable de se trouver dans la configuration nord américaine avec des prix hors taxes et surtout un pourboire arbitrairement calculé, nous sommes en Afrique !!! "Stylish, but not perfect"

The hotel is fine for the romantic startup before safari - it is the only omne in Nairobi keeping the soul of early 20th century or, at least, posessing some decoration dating back to those times. However, the place, which is rather expensive, does not fit the 5star expectations - very slow internet, room (even 1937 suite) without the bath (only shower […] in a rather big bathroom, rather surprising).Expensive for Nairobi transportation; however, they forgot to pick me up in the airport and provided one car for two guests for full price (charged both) on the way back. Pluses: service is friendly, the restaurants are not bad (better than in the other places). So, it is a good place for the safari start, but, probably, for business purpose you could find something more convenient. 阅读更多信息
