MCM ELEGANTE HOTEL - 敖德萨

Front desk was disrespectful, room was not to standards, not impressed

Booked hotel 3 weeks in advance on this site. When I arrived they did not have the room I reserved available. The kid at the front desk was rude & unapologetic. I would not stay here if the room were free & they left a $20 bill on the pillows.

The beds were comfortable.

Everything was good, except that it was a non-smoking room, and the room & hallways stunk to high heaven with cigarette smell....its either non smoking or it is and you should make that distinction, this was NOT a non-smoking hotel. To a non-smoker it is very annoying and you can smell it a mile away....thanks.

I LOVE their beds!!!! This was my second stay, I would return with no problems

Very disappointed. After a stay in Abilene at the same named hotel and being very impressed with a very nice room/suite, the entire experience and all the extras included ( made to order breakfast, complimentary drinks, etc) this prompted me to book the same named hotel in Odessa. In comparison, this Odessa hotel was merely ordinary. No suite, no breakfast, […] no complimentary drinks. I travel for buisness,and this hotel has a buisness level that will feed you a great breakfast.Then give you a great place to wind down with a cool beverage after you return.

The rooms were nice and clean..beds were very comfortable!! Was a little noisy during the night due to slamming doors, otherwise great place..and will stay there again!!
