凯宾斯基日内瓦大酒店 (Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva) - 日内瓦

Very welcoming and helpful staff and always at hand. No running around trying to find assistance. Both the hotel and the leisure facilities were very clean. Trying to find your room may be a little difficult at first as there seem to be may corridors. Finding your way back to the lifts also confusing. I bumped into a couple of people wandering around […] looking for the lifts but it's no issue. The room: I'd have loved a room overlooking the lake but beyond my budget so my room looked inward towards the other rooms -not pretty. The room shape was long and thin so it seemed a bit cramped. Very clean, modern enough. I banged my little toe hard on the lip of the bath which sits above the bath plinth so watch out for that. The concierge sorted out some sticky plasters but it still hurts even now. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room - just the minibar. I didn't expect that as I like an early morning cuppa without having to order it. The bar: The bar staff were reasonably attentive but could miss you out as there didn't seem to be enough staff. Fantastic olives. There was some private party in the club room so I couldn't go in there. There was a sign of apology outside - that was OK for me. Eating: During my stay I used both restaurants in the hotel which were busy at peak times so it's best to make a reservation. The Chinese restaurant food was good, service was OK.. The food in the Grill was also good. I had some skewer griled prawns which tasted great but were presented on a large skewer held by a 'stand' that held the skewer at at an angle of around 45 degrees, sloping toward the platter underneath so you could slide the food down the skewer onto the plate directly underneath..The height of this 'stand' was about 25cms and this is an individual meal so you get it right in your face. Too embarassing for me - leave the stand in the ktchen and put the food on a plate. I tried the house red wine but sorry -not good enough for the venue. Best to check that out yo 阅读更多信息

There is little question about the location of the Kempinski overlooking lake Geneva. However, that is only viewable from the Premium Lake View rooms. A lot of the rooms are formed around a courtyard availing no vies and little privacy. However, this is a minor issue compared to the apparent culture of all night parties being held in the rooms. My last […] day in the hotel was a Friday and 2 doors down a party went on all night and despite many of us asking for the noise to be turned down it was still going at 05:00 when I had to leave to catch my flight. A colleague on a different flow had the same problem. Last gripe relates to the longe on the second flow which fills with noise from the bar and cigarette smoke form the so called smoking area. Went for work. Prompt service, efficient check-in and out, good OK breakfast, free WiFi and central.

Great weekend stay in an excellent hotel. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room service was quick and food excellent. Location was excellent for getting from station and main shopping area. Spa was of excellent standard and treatment was fantastic - would return to use their 2 day spa package.

Wonderful place to stay in Geneva. Comfort and convenient and amenities are really terrific. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Expensive yes and in that sense deterring but a wonderful place to relax and enjoy!

I have been to Geneva several times and have not been at a nicer hotel than the Kempinski. Its decoration is out of a magazine, everything is clean and gorgeous. The view from the rooms and restaurants are breathtaking and the personnel is fabulous and accomodating. We almost stayed at another hotel and we definitely selected the right one picking the […] Kempenski. Not only is it fabulous but everything is at walking distance, even the bus tour meeting place is a few minutes beautiful walk away. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent! 阅读更多信息

The hotel is over rated. Overpriced, the clientele are not the best; I had to put up with room parties for three nights until 4 am - even though I called the reception 6 times to complain. The next day I requested a different room, and even though I complained all night they would not offer me another room because they could not upgrade me to the next […] room. I offered to pay for the upgrade, but they told me I have to pay for a new room. I had a horrible stay there. I would not recommend this hotel at all. 阅读更多信息

The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious. The restaurant service at the main restaurant (breakfast, etc.) is surly and the wait staff - in typical Geneva style - are argumentative and not particularly service-oriented. It leaves a visitor accustomed to North American service speechless and puzzled when 5-star hotels simply don't deliver 5-star service, […] especially at the incomprehensibly high prices. This hotel was great! It was a great location to the old town center! The fountain is directly across the street. The rooms were large, clean and marble bathrooms. The lobby was large and welcoming. Someone said it used to be a Hilton.

It is a great hotel in a amazing location. My mum was upgraded because she wanted a bathroom with a separate shower. It was kind of them to upgrade her to a suite. The service was good. The Grill restarant is amazing and breakfast is alot good.

I love visiting Geneva, my sister lives there and so did I from 1997-2002. I had known the Hotel Grand Kempinski when it was the Noga Hilton and always loved the view from the terrace which is why I booked it for my short stay last week. Even though my room was not a "refurbished room" which I think was probably because I signed up for a special offer […] 2 night stay, the biggest thing that let the hotel down was its incompetent Reception and Concierge staff. Upon check-in it transpired that my sister's reservation had been confused with mine (we have the same surname obviously!) and hers had been cancelled. It took time to check-in and then even more time to check-out. The staff seem very ill prepared and badly organised and do not appear to understand basic requests (e.g. how do I use the car park?) which is not what you expect from such a 5 star property. The food and beverage services in the Lounge (bar and restaurant) were lovely and made up for the shoddy front-office downstairs but it nevertheless needs work if the hotel is going to maintain clientele. A lovely hotel, perfectly placed with wonderful staff. The breakfast was superb and the swimming pool was an added bonus. Would definitely go back.

Leider war unser Zimmer völlig verraucht, es roch sehr stark. Da die Fenster nicht zu öffnen waren, konnten wir nicht lüften. Die Lüftung bzw. Klimaanlage konnte keine Abhilfe schaffen. Schade denn das Zimmer war an und für sich sehr sauber.

Bývalý Noga Hilton, ale zrekonstruovaný téměř k dokonalosti, velmi vysoká kvalita pokojů, vynikající servis.
