Great room.

Great place to stay and really close to Disneyland.

Service is superior. I generally love the rooms, but this time I found it lacking. I will return next week.

The hotel is very nice with a recently renovated lobby with a bar and restaurant all of which are lovely. The staff was very friendly and accomodating without being overbearing. This was our first trip to Disneyland and I'm so happy I picked the Hyatt. A short drive to the Disneyland Park, and many food options nearby.T he rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to point out that it takes a long time to get through to anyone. I like the hotel very much, but I have noticed that there is longer than usual wait times to get through to the operator or to various departments. I have also been put on hold longer than I think is a reasonable amount of time.

Very nice hotel, wish the rooms was alittle bigger, and had a small freg, but I guess u can't have it all. I would stay again

You pay extra for: Bus to park 4 per person over 10 per day. Parking 15 per night

Everything was nice. Great for work or play

Great Hotel for the family. The family suite is a FANTASTIC family room with double/twin bunk & TV in a "private" room and a king for the parents to rest-up for then next day's assault on the parks. Dedicated shuttle was fairly convenient and does not make any other stops so the turn around is very predictable. Pool is disappointing. I've stayed here many times and they have all been great! From the time you pull in to the valet you are greeted right away and all the staff are helpful and friendly! My wife is really picky when it comes to where we stay and this hotel by far is her favorite in Anaheim! Go stay with them!!!! You won't regret it

Hotel was a great deal. We went to Disneyland with our boys and this hotel was very close. I was able to get business done at the hotel while also emjoying the time with my kids. Room was a good size, in fact we were able to use the desk in the room even with a crib and the couch bed pulled out. Clean, quiet, convenient, friendly. And, they have the best breakfast buffet I've ever had.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Conveniently located to the attractions and the shuttle service was nice.

It is very close to the disney land and very good hotel

A very nice hotel which I chose to stay every visits to Disneyland. Everyone from front desk to housekeeper and valet parking associates are very polite and friendly. Excellent customer service. "Target" is located across the street that's very convenience. The drawback was that I found hairs and a wet towel on the bathroom floor. I believe the housekeeper […] was too busy to clean up large number of rooms after the weekend, and just made a mistake. After I made a complain to front desk, they offered me room changing and I got a cleaner room. Got nothing bad to say. Always great service, staff is super nice. Place is super nice. Pretty good rates. Will never stay anywher eelse if a Hyatt is available.

Service at the desk regardless of station sucked

Posted a lengthy TA review as well as letter to the GM of the hotel. I have been to many a hotel, but never have I seen such professionalism in a staff. Additionally, the hotel itself was great, modern, clean, beautiful and the bar/food was pretty exceptional. You really cannot go wrong here!

This isnt the cheapest hotel you can find in the area for a disneyland trip, however the rates are still very reasonable and the hotel and staff is top notch. The food is great and the staff is very accomodating, the service was great. We have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Only complain is that the beds aren't very comfortable. Something just didn't feel right, hard to sleep on those beds. Everything else was great. Very nice hotel. The kids loved the pool.

Beautiful hotel.. short 2 night stay for Disney trip. Professional and courteous check in. Modern clean room. Scheduled bus service to Disney every 1/2 hour. Upgraded room because they didn't have the room we booked..

Great service n great suite. $50 non refund able pet fee was pricey. Hilton gives refundable pet deposit. Overall great experience with the hotel.

Went to Disneyland/California Adventure for two days. Breakfast at the hotel was expensive. [there are restaurants with in walking distance] Ate the rest of our meals at outside of the hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are heated and very nice. Work out room is decent, Staff was friendly, the room had a great view, comfy beds, I-pod/alarm clock, and plenty […] of towels. It's a good location. The only issue I had was it stated the shuttle was complimentary and it even stated in the hotel room's information binder that it was free, but when we went to the shuttle we were informed that we had to pay for persons older than 10 yrs old. Had a great stay at this Hyatt, visited DisneyLand. The address of the hotel is Garden Grove, but it is actually on the same street as Disney. The hotel provides a shuttle every half hour (for a small fee). The bus does not stop at other hotels which makes the trip pretty quick. Very comfortable Hotel with good dining and bar.

I stayed at this Hyatt for a 5 day work trip and was overall very pleased with more or less everything the property had to offer. I chose the Hyatt after reading reviews just like this one about hotels around the Convention Center and Disneyland, most of which were tepid at best, but most reviewers seemed pleased with the Hyatt and I can now see why. […] Rooms were clean and had a pleasant smell, everything seemed if not new, at least well maintained, lots of hot water, nice if not particularly inspired lineup of food at the hotel restaurants. The shuttle to Disneyland was punctual and cheap for a 3 day pass, although I walked to the Convention Center in about 15 minutes most days. What grabbed me most about reading reviews was that someone from the Hyatt staff actually took the time to read these reviews and address any complaints, which were the minority. Nice work Hyatt staff. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous and helpful, so keep that up. My only complaints: the fee for slowish Internet for 3 days was silly, but industry standard I suppose, weak lineup of cable (although who goes to Anaheim to watch TV) and no robe in the room, but I'm sure the desk would have sent one up for a fee. It would also have been nice to see the government rate apply to Canadian government agencies, but this is splitting hairs. The staff was very professional and treated us very well. There was a shuttle to Universal City but we generally chose to walk as it was only 5 minutes away. The room was very nice and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will choose to stay here again when back in town.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel over New Years. We had a great time and the staff was very accommodating. The self-parking option was very easy and the hot tub on the 3rd floor pool deck was a great way to wake up after a long night. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! VERY UPSCALED HOTEL BUT WITHOUT ALL THE UPSCALED PRICING. WE GOT A GREAT DEAL THROUGH HOTELS.COM ON THE PRICE OF OUR ROOM.
