This is my favoriteplace to stay near the Airport. they have a free airport shuttle in a new 5 series BMW and the grounds are beautiful.

This hotel is fabulous. We stayed in the club room, this comes with lots of complementary items such as canapés and drinks and butler service. Staff are very friendly and courteous. Mainly a hotel filled with business people but okay at weekend. Food is fantastic , pool area is nice but water is very cold all the time. I love this hotel. Have stayed here - I think 4 times already - on the way back to the US. This time, it was no different. Except my room was cold. No amount of thermostat adjustment made it warm. The response from the concierge was "It will take 45 minutes" . I stayed for about 6 hours - didn't happen. Suggestion - please create a "day use" kind of […] rate for travelers whose flights leave early in the morning from Mumbai. First class in every way. Service, restaurant staff and quality of food excellent. An oasis close to the airport.

Right from the airport pick up , every thing was wonderful about the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room service was awesome. The food in all their restaurants was great.The room was a little smaller than I expected but all in all, this hotel turned out to be wonderful for my family and my 2 year old daughter.

we have selected Leela based on my experiences with Leela Hotel in Goa. But it proved to be a wrong decision. I could not understand the reason for the arrogance of the staff in the Hotel. We were made to wait with our kids for Breakfast both the days for around 30 minutes in the morning citing the reason that they have heavy rush. surprisingly BF […] arrangements were made in only one small restaurant repeatedly for the second day also. we could not get the baby cot even after booking it in advance and paying for that instead we were given a mattress on floor. Although we were confirmed the availability of the baby cot before reaching the hotel on phone, they denied the same later even after talking the Duty Manager. Lot of reluctance was shown for assisting us for cleaning the feeding bottle for our 5 months old baby. When they collected the bottles after repeated calling the room service guys it was returned without proper cleaning and additional foul smell in that. I needed one night near the airport. This was a very good rate and a very decent hotel. It's a little tired in some areas - but only in the look. It is very well maintained. Excellent staff all round.

This is indeed a 5 star hotel and the Leela Kempinski group really redefine luxury hotels. However for the Leela Mumbai there is one downside in that it is not a very family friendly hotel. Besides the pool, there is nothing extra for the kids to do. A playroom will go along way considering the large amount of families I saw present at the hotel. I stayed only one night. the staff was very polite and the hotel is very comfortable. I recommend it.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Leela...would recommend this hotel. service of staff is second to none.....! Facilities and amenities are easily accessible...and location close to airport....Going again soon...1 S.M. London

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and it has never failed to meet my expectations. It is clean comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasent. It is close to the airport which means you dont have to battle the awful Mumbai traffic Transport to and from the airport is included in the price. I heartily recommend.

If your business business is out near to the air port I prefer the LeeLa. Though I have stayed at most of the hotels in the area. Mostly they are all 4 and 5 star hotels. I really like the service and accomodations at the Leela in their Royal Club.

This hotel was truly a 5-star hotel. Fantastic decor, rooms, food, attention to detail like flowers, music, room amenities...too many good things to say. Concierge was outstanding, making my first trip to India unbelieveable.

Leela is by far one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. The quality of the service, the staff go above and beyond for you and the esthetics, quality of everything from the food to the linens used in the rooms is excellent. Would definitley reccomend this hotel to anyone, especially honeymooners.

I was applying for a job as a Captain for Jet Airways. The Leela is close to the airport and simulator bays. I had some expectations about the contrasts in India, but was not entirely prepared for the beauty and grandeur of the hotel and the dismay of the surrounds. Truly a 5 star hotel. Food, accomodations and staff were all superior. Variety of food items available. Room and bed were very comfortable. Internet access worked with no issues. Travel to and from the airport was top notch. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again if I am in Bombay.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu einem vergleichbaren Preis bekommt man in Mumbai ein besser ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer. Die guten Tage liegen hinter dem Kempinski. Bei Änderungswünschen der Buchung gibt es kein Entgegenkommen.

vicinissimo all'aeroporto, quindi lontanissimo dal centro - colaba. Moderatamente lussuoso, servizio premuroso ed accogliente - ma nella media dei 5 stelle indiani. Attenti al vizietto di downgradare la camera al check-in (a non la tariffa!). Mi è successo due volte di seguito: non credo alla coincidenza...
