overall experience was fine however on my check out day I had housekeeping disturb me at 7:45 am to get into my room. This woke me up and disturbed my much needed rest after a long day of travel.

this hotel has parking problems and a bad retaraunt. rooms are average at best. would never reccomend this hotel to anyone friend or foe. staff including manager, were very uncooperative and the results with me are that the whole hotel chain will suffer my disappointment as I will never stay at a Ramada again.

#516 No easy access to any plug ins for lap top, phone etc. Toilet ran water all night long, back of bathroom door is filthy from dirty hand prints. Floor in bathroom was dirty, and along the walls in the room needed vacuuming. The windows howled from the wind. We only occupied the room for 5 hours, and were still charged an additional $10 to park in […] their own parking lot! They didn't tell us that upon check in, they just slid the additional parking charge receipt under our door. Great stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. The only thing we did not like is having to pay extra for parking. Hotel guests should not have to pay for parking.

Employees were very friendly and the front foyer was newly upgraded. However, the rooms were a little old and dreary.

Friendy service, very prompt. Clean and my girl loved the indoor pool. My family will stay again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed were very comfortable. Tempature was hard to control somtimes it was very hot then cool.

Very beautiful hotel.Excellent service from staff.

Needs renovations.

Good location in downtown Regina. Excellent parking within structure. Public spaces and corridors a bit tired, but rooms are nicely appointed and well kept. Good value.

It is an ok hotel but is not in very great shape. It was clean so I was content

Please note I am the type of traveler who will take the time to write both a positive or a negative review...so this is NOT just a rant! While in Regina we recently stayed at this Ramada location to attend a family function downtown. I had high hopes for our room when I walked into the renovated lobby the desk staff also friendly. The location was perfect […] as our function was located in a nearby restaurant. Those are the only positive things I can say...it went downhill from there!!! This hotel was overpriced and I feel the room rate inflated due to the Agribition being in town! The hotel charged for parking...the rate was higher than the rate to pay as a non-hotel guest but you then had to rise early enough to go outside in the morning to pay for the day again! The room although fairly "clean" was dated and you could almost see through the towels an linens!!! The room was so cold and drafty it made it difficult to sleep! Great rates, good service and close to all the Regina down town action.

We spent one week at the hotel during the Christmas holiday season, and we enjoyed our stay overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the lobby was welcoming. Though we were comfortable in our room, we should mention some minor issues: our room on the 6th floor was a bit small for longer stays (so guests who have more than […] two small suitcases may find themselves a bit cramped); the hallway leading to our room from the elevator smelled mouldy or stale (but the smell was evident only in the hallway of the 6th floor, not in our room itself); the internet connection in our room was inconsistent; and, the heater in our room was a bit noisy. I should reiterate that those issues were relatively minor. The hotel had good restaurants on site, and there were several other options within walking distance. Also, shopping was easily accessible on foot. The hotel offered good underground parking (though for a fee). The neighbourhood was okay during the day, but we heard from a few people that the area north of the hotel wasn't so safe at night. 阅读更多信息

there was no fridge in the room

Perfect New Year's Eve - the hotel is clean, convenient located and comfortable. The staff is great - cheerful and efficient. Parking is the best I've encountered in Regina. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Fun bar too and a nice little lounge. My grandkids liked the pool, the exercise area and the restaurant.

First hotel in years that requires a special request for a room that is equipped with a fridge. I re-checked the website and did not find any indicator that you must REQUEST a room that has a fridge. It did have a TV though (without special request)! 231 room hotel I had to wait for a luggage cart was almost 10 minutes. Apparently the only one available. […] While I was waiting for the cart, my wife was harassed outside by panhandlers knocking on the car door window. The bed should have been replaced years earlier! I placed a phone book in the middle of the bed and a straight line from edge to edge was above the top of the phone book. My back was killing me for the next leg of our trip. The room was clean but slightly dated. Parking was an additional charge, not a big problem as it was a heated garage but again...no mention of that anywhere on any website. Front counter staff said nothing, no "we'll look into that" nor offered any apology when they were told of the condition of the bed. We were disappointed because the hot tub and sauna was down and the rate seemed high for what we got. The use of paper cups in our room for this rate seemed a little tacky, I would expect that at a budget hotel, not one of this caliber. We will not choose this hotel in the future. I have stayed in this hotel many time, I very much like it. One thing about my last stay, the tv kept going on every two hours until I unplugged it.

My stay at Ramada-Regina was one of my best experience.

There was no fun in the wash room

This hotel is amid major renovation with many rooms completed and the main lobby and guest areas now complete. The main floor restaurant is bright and provides an open dining experience. Rooms are somewhat small but upgraded and certainly fine for business or a couple's stay.

Rarely have my wife and I been so dissapointed in a hotel as the Ramada Regina. To someone driving in from another city, the front of the Hotel is not especially brightly lit or welcoming. There is nothing about the entrance that makes you feel that you are walking into a safe and inviting place. From the lobby, and the front desk staff, everything […] seemed fine, however the rooms lacked cleanliness. We had to leave our first room because of a problem with the window that would have kept us up all night. When I was having a look at it with the bellman, I pulled the curtain aside and stepped on a cheezy that had been there for - I don't know how long. All of the carpets looked dusty along the edges and just seemed generally unclean, such that we wished that we had brought in our slippers so that we didn't have to walk on the carpet in our socks or bare feet. Two positive comments though; they did move us without hesitation to another room, and at midnight we were disturbed by a party in the next room, we called down to the front desk and it was dealt with very quickly and effectively. Overall, for the rate that is charged at this hotel, they would need to improve their cleanliness and maintenance in order to earn our business back. I always stay at the Ramada when I have business to do in Regina. I like the location of the hotel and the overall calm atmosphere. The gym and pool area are a highlight for me, with just enough equipment and a nice Hot hot tub near by. It's a mini vacation when I stay at the Ramada and do recommend others to stay there as well.

Check-in set the standards. Friendly and very helpful. The room was a pleasure to stay in. Clean and quiet even though it was a busy evening following a football game in the city. Nice hotel, good pool,hot tub,weight room. The steam bath was broken. Coupon for 2 for 1 drinks or Apps. at the the hotel were given on check in, but very slow service in lounge prevented us from using it. Only recommendation is not to go on a football weekend, otherwise a nice place to stay.

friendly staff. very comfortable room. very clean and well maintained. beds and pillows were very comfortable. only draw back was parking. not obvious and not in good shape. also site said parking was free, but was charged for it, but when I stated this they reversed the charge.

Clean room, friendly staff. Quiet. Good food. Close to shopping ad walking trails.

Public areas are up to date. Rooms are not, but still quote comfortable. Will prefer when rooms are done but meeting areas and staff excellent. Staff friendy and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and was impressed with how quiet the room was ...No hall noise and the toilet did not run all night...What a pleasure!

Poor late night reception. My family member was sick and because of a security issue with the Hotel and a near by Bar the public washroom was locked and my family endured unnecessary discomfort by having to wait for our room key. We took this trip for business purposes, but also brought our young family and pet. The business room was a great asset, and the restraunt was satisfactory. The highlight of the week was the pool/workout room. The small pool was ideal for younger children, while the larger one was great for 10yrs and up. Our small dog was welcomed by the staff (except for one maid afraid of dogs) and recieved a good petting when the rooms were cleaned, even if we weren't there! We recently stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it was. Our 3 year old and 5 year old loved the pools and we loved the hot-tub. Rooms were really nice and the restaurant was really classy. We would stay here again anytime.
