I'm not going to say it was bad because I really did have a good time. The only couple of negative comments I have is that: 1. The room was too small, 2. There was no balcony, even though it said all rooms will have one and 3. There needs to be a Fitness Center in the hotel. Novotel has a contract with a center, downtown, but that was too far and a […] car would be much needed. But overall, the people were nice and I was beside the soccer stadium...very nice! 阅读更多信息

This hotel was overall good. The staff was pretty rude but the hotel was nice and in a great location. The beds are uncomfortable. Close to bus station which will take you to the city of Kaiserslautern.

This hotel service was great, location was great. Public transportation was right outside hotel. If the beds were more comfortable would be giving hotel a 5. Breakfast wasnt the best in the area.

Just returned from Germany. It has been a life long dream to visit the country where I was born. Unfortunately the hotel was awful!!! The front desk service was unbelievably awful!!! I was so upset that it brought me to tears that just traveled thousands of miles and spent my money to be treated so rudly!!! I was born here 32 years ago an my parents […] told my how wonderful the people were and now not so much. I would NOT stay at this hotel. If I ever and I mean ever go back I would stay in Landstuhl.
