excellent shuttle service to airport with freindly and welcoming staff. large rooms with good appointments, and very comfortable. Bar and restuarant both top notch. food was excellent.

I wasn't expecting more than the usual functional airport hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by the Copthorne! The service was exceptional, the room comfortable and fully equipped, the food superb, etc. It was my last stop at the end of my month long holidays and just before my 38 hours of travel back to Belgium. Room was very dirty, including dirty sheets and an awful smell. I would have complained, but we had only a few hours to catch some sleep before an early morning flight. I would never stay at the hotel again, despite friendly staff. The facility was just worn down and dirty.

Nice, clean, well maintained hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Courtesy bus to and from the airport. Rooms spacious, clean, well equipped and no external noise noticed.

The room was of a good size and comfortable. The staff were really helpful. The hotel offers a very good shuttle service to and from the airport. The other facilities eg indoor swimming pool were excellent.

We were welcomed with a complimentary drinks voucher which was nice. Lovely room. Our stay was short but hotel is very well located for airport. All staff were polite.
