DoubleTree Suites by Hilton New York City - Times Square - 纽约

When we arrived at our hotel we were greeted and was given our room assignment. Once we arrived in our room, we noticed a very strong smell in the hall walls and in our room. We called with concern, and was told their phones were ringing off the hook with the same concerns that they would look into it. X4 call to them later, with 4 different stories. […] Nothing was resloved. Was told to speak with the manager the next morning. That manager had shown no regaurd to our 5 calls and no return calls back...wow...all I have to say...is this hotel did nothing but try to pass us off. They said the would comp us a room via sending us a email...week later nothing. You choose where ypu spend your hard earned money...I will choose not here ever again. Customer service was a joke. This is a great hotel and one of the best in the Time Square location.

Great view did not really enjoy the bathtub but the rest of the room was great. I did not like the fact that i forgot my toothbrush and the it took a long time to bring one to the room we even had to call down a second time. we really enjoy the hotel . It was close to everything with walking distance to the theater . I've recommended already to my friends.

If you want to see NYC this is the hotel to be at. It is at the centre of all action, no need for a car, subway on the bottom of building; and walking distance to anything you want to see, shop, shows, and eat. The location was great. You could walk outside and feel like you were part of the New York scene. The room was comfortable . The hotel meals were pricey so we ate out. There were more than enough choices close by. I would recommend it.

$$$$ but nice to be close to all the shows!

The DoubleTree Suites is just a great hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is smack in the center of Times Square and the theatre district! Staff is great, especially the valet. The hotel is roomy, clean, and quiet. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and no robes, but aside from that, it's super!

Faboulous location for Times Square and Broadway theaters. Its such an easy walk to the theaters and convenient to Subway also, Room (King suite) was also larger that almost any other NYC room I've stayed in. I'll certainly go back here.

Perfect location for theater goers. Loved having a separate sitting area. Restaurants and theaters all withing walking distance. Noise level from Times Square was non-existent. Our only complaint was that the 2 rooms across from us were occupied by extremely noisy and inconsiderate young people who were up all night and slamming doors. good hotel, good service, good location ; the cost of a suit for a family is a good balance; the formula with breakfast is interesting just the sofa which can be convert into a bed are not comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at the Double Tree Suites at Time Square while in NYC. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The size was fantastic...especially for NYC! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel, and will stay there again when traveling to NYC. WONDERFUL!!!

Right in heart of Times Square everything a few steps away. Staff couldn't do enough for us . Will defo stay here again A MUST STAY!!!!

I love this hotel I plan on staying there again from the outstanding staff, the cleanliness , the excellent breakfast at Ginger's and the awesome chocolate chip cookies. It was a true home away from home.

This hotel was great. We had our two young girls with us and they were nothing but nice to them. The doormen were wonderful and joked around with the girls every time they saw them. Clean, friendly staff, great location. Comfortable except for the pull out bed.. it was wirey and uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, the staff very helpful, room was spacious and very clean, and the view of Times square incredible! The very modern, small lobby made us wonder when we arrived but the friendliness and personal service of everyone made our stay outstanding.

Great location and fabulous size room...especially for NYC! We have stayed here before and even though the rates are higher these days, it is still great hotel with great value.

good size room for NY pillows and bedding smelled musty - towels had some stains blackout curtains work well and noise was not terrible

If you're into Broadway, this is the hotel. It's literally right across the street from 1/2 price tickets in Times Square. When you leave from the peacefulness of the hotel in the morning and step through the doors, you're instantly greeted with the excitement of New York theaters - a great way to get going in the morning!

I didn't want to spend a bundle and you can certainly do that in NYC. I opted for the DT for location , price and it's a suite. It was clean, comfy, great service and in the middle of everything. Well done DT!

The stay was fantastic! We love the DoubleTree hotel in Times Square! So convenient and pleasant. The only problem was that the curtains in the living room did not close all of the way. We needed to use the pull out bed in the couch and it was very bright in the room when trying to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you!

The Doubletree in Times Square proved to be an excellent alternative to the Marriott Marquis, within which my business conference was being held. Almost directly across the street from the Marquis, the Doubletree offered a scaled down, comfortable alternative to staying at the Mega-Hotel in which most of the conference-goers were residing. At check […] in, we recieved the standard complimatary Doubletree warm cookies (yum), and the excellent news that we were to be upgraded to a King corner room, directly overlooking the lights of Times Square. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Our room felt like it was right in the middle of the action. The lights from Times Square were so bright that we needed to close the triple shades on the windows to close all of the light out throughout the night. We ordered room service, which was pretty mediocre in quality, taste and portion size for the cost - but that is to be expected in NYC. The space in the room was excellent for a mid-town hotel. The Doubletree is right in the center of the TSQ attractions, we walked everywhere! service was excellent, the doormen are always helpful with taxis & limos. Our concierge was very helpful with show tickets. The hotel was clean and we had no issues in our room, which was quite large. We had one meal in the restaurant, which was not stellar. Our family (two adults and two teenagers) spent four nights at this hotel the week before Christmas and it was fantastic! It was amazing to be in the heart of Times Square during this time of year. It was close to all of the things we wanted to do (rockafeller center, central park, all of the store windows, etc..). We walked everywhere and the places […] we couldn't walk to the subway was only two blocks away. We had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel was awesome and very helpful about finding restaurants, tickets to shows, directions and subway routes. The suite was very comfortable and we had room to spread out a bit. We chose this particular hotel because of previous reviews and honestly we were happy with the result. A family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids aged from 14 down) - this hotel was central to everything in NYC. The staff we had reason to talk with were very helpful (in particular Michael on the front desk) who paid particular attention to our daughter who had allergies.. What didn't we like? Well we weren't particularly fussed with their restaurant - but it didnt matter - all you had to do was walk out the door and you're in Times Square - you just go somewhere else! From the warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival straight through checkout, everything was great!!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice rooms with a very comfortable atmosphere. Staff requires a room key to enter into the building in the evening which is an added safety measure. Will stay again!

The location and standard of the hotel was excellent.We had two rooms for a family group of five. Everyone felt very safe and the presence of staff checking access to the hotel at night made us feel even more secure. Pros:Excellent location and great 43rd floor room with fantastic view of Times Square. Easy to get to shows. Helpful staff and great consierge services. Cons: Housekeeping was a joke; lucky to finally get room stocked with essentials: towels, bathrobes,coffee. Trash sorting was a pain with some guilt not sorting. Receptacles were small. If they are […] trying to get "green" - leave towels that are hung up to dry for use the second day. Instead, towels were replaced anyway. No need to change linens everyday either. Carpet vacuuming done once during our 7-day stay. Heating was working in the bedroom, but no heat going to the living area. Television was confusing and difficult to operate. Many cable problems while viewing. WiFi was extremely slow and locked up on several occasions. Hotel was of no help and got transfered to AT&T technical support who couldn't address the internet problem. 1st floor security was rigid in requiring identification for access to lobby and room floors. I felt like it was TSA and would require a body search. Chocolate cookies? What reward do diabetics have? Re Warning:hotel resturant "Gingers" was way over priced for food and service. WOW, what an amazing location. Times Square felt like the center of activity and the hotel was directly located in the center. You are in close walking distance to Rockefellar Center, Empire State Building, Toys R Us and John's Pizza. Our hotel room had plenty of room for our family(two boys). Everything was great!

Love this hotel! My husband and I love staying here right at Time Square when we come into the city. We love getting a room with a view of Times Sqaure. The rooms are very nice and always very clean. We love all the room you get in the rooms. The warm cookies are a plus too!
