It's a 3 star, rooms and bathrooms just a little tired but cleaned and well cared for. Easy walking distance of town centre, shops, harbour and restaurants. Our room was fine but our friends had a room off the reception which proved to be very noisy. The pool was being refurbished so summer 2012 should offer more. This hotel is an easy walk to either the old town of Ciutadella or the entrance to the port. It's clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and speaks English well. Breakfast is a bit expensive (as are all hotel breakfasts), but there is a nice little bakery about a block away for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We sneaked a towel to the beach and the hotel simply replenished the bathroom with an additional towel without complaint (we did return the towel in the end!). The staff was very friendly and fully fluent in English. They lent us an umbrella, gave us the key the safe (a 10-euro deposit), and set up the […] business center computer for us, all in a helpful and friendly manner. The only minor complaint was that the printer was set up only to print from IE and we couldn't print from Adobe Acrobat (our Vueling flight's boarding passes were produced in PDF format). But there is an internet cafe just down the street that did the trick. Overall we liked the hotel and the price was quite reasonable. We did not try the restaurant. 阅读更多信息

Es un hotel excelente, a pesar de haber leido malos comentarios de este hotel nos arriesgamos mi pareja y yo teniendo una grata sorpresa; las instalaciones se encuentran en buen estado, las habitaciones limpias y el baño (que es lo mas importante para mi) limpio y amplio. buen hotel en general, buffet desayuno muy bueno pero cena regular

Los puntos más destacados que habitualmente buscamos en un hotel estan cubiertos en el Hotel Hesperia Patricia de Ciutadella: gran localización, tranquilidad, limpieza, zona gratuita para aparcar por alrededores, buffet completo, etc. Lo único que nos sorprendio es la piscina, pequeña y de agua salada!?.

En general el hotel se puede caractrizar por estar situado muy cerca del puerto y de la zona de la catedral. Muy bien situado para dar una vuelta sin estar pendientes de la utilización del coche. El personal muy amable. Muy cómodo para visitar el puerto de Ciutadela y su parte antigua. El desayuno tipo NH-Hesperia, es decir muy bien.

Calidad precio insuperable. Lo único flojo el buffet de la cena, si no lo tienes incluído en la habitación no merece la pena pagar por él, bastante flojo. Al contrario el desayuno está muy bien.
