Making reservations via the Hotels.com website was "GREAT". Upon my arrival to the J.W. Marriott Dubai, the receptionist stated that everything was already taken care of and the onthing I had to do was get issued a room key. WOW, this was great, especially after travellin gfor 2 days. Lovely hotel with excellent service. Could use a new concierge. When asked for a recommendation of a very good and romantic restaurant near the hotel, the concierge referred us to McDonald's. Onze tussenstop op de terugweg vanuit Thailand is ons hier uitstekend bevallen. Prima service bij de receptie en prima geholpen bij de concierge --> boeking van een bootcruise met diner en het geven van informatie. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook uitstekend. Tip voor het avond eten: de Bamboo Lagoon!!
