Stayed here overnight for a kids horse show at the Big-E nearby. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice pool for the kids. Front desk service was great! But room was supposed to have 2 queen beds. There were actually 2 full size beds. There was what looked to be hot sauce on the light switch so the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The hall smelled of smoke...in which clearly they were all non smoking rooms. I've stayed in several Comfort Inn & Suites in various locations and have always been very satisfied. I was not very satisfied with this location. There were stains and loose ceiling tiles and stained carpeting in the hallways, the tub faucet dripped and wouldn't shut-off, my sheets were stained and I even wondered if they had been changed. There were […] even some strange smells in the hallway and our room. Also, where were the warm cookies? Ever other Comfort Inn & Suite we've stayed always had warm cookies to offer you at the reception desk. I know, minor point but the cookies were always a nice touch. the room seemed small but got used to it beds and pillows were very comfortable the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing overall a good hotel would stay there agian.

Went on a spur of the moment with my two kids. The room was very nice - had a mini fridge & microwave. The best part was the pool with the hot tub - everyone had a nice time!!!!

The non-suite rooms are very small and cramped. We move to a suite which was much roomier.

Ample parking, attentive staff, clean rooms, no business center and they charge for faxes. Overall a good stay.

We will definitely stay there again. But next time will specifically request the 1st floor as there is no elevator.

The only thing I had a complaint about was they forget to give me my wake up call that I requested.

The hotel was easy to get to and located next to several restaurants and businesses. It is a 10 - 15 minute ride to Six Flags. The hotel itself was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It has a nice pool, hot tub, and sauna. The breakfast area is small, but the food was good and everything was fresh. Definitely recommended.

This hotel is located off the main drag, in an industrial park. Seemed odd -- until we realized how quiet it was - we didn't hear any highway or traffic noise at all! We would stay there again...absolutely. Our room was clean, we had a refrigerator, microwave, the pool was great, same with hot tub, work out room and sauna. Plus make your own waffles and other items for free breakfast. Close to stores, restaurants, the interstate and friendly staff.

I thought this hotel was in a very poor location. Also, the pool you have pictured is not the size of the pool. Very small and the water was GREY! The rooms have mold in the bathroom and my friend whom I recommended, had blood on her wall ! Overall the hotel was not what I expected and would not recommend it. We were attending a cheerleading competion and needed a resonably priced hotel for two nights, with an indoor pool. Service was great! Housekeeping was fantastic! Great free breakfast every morning! Short ride to Mass Mutual Center in downtown. Overall, for the great rate I got, I was pleasantly surprised.

The included breakfast was wonderful everything you could want.

Nice, clean hotel about 30 miles south of Univ. of Massachusetts. Several restaurants nearby. Price was reasonable for being close to the Univ. Good continental breakfast, and has a beautiful indoor pool. Plenty of parking. Safe area.

We stayed one night on our way to six flags. Thought the room was decent for the price, breakfast was nice. No complaints would return

It's okay if you can get a non-smoking room, if you are not a smoker and get stuck in a smoking room it will be a horrible experience like I had with my children.

If you need quiet this hotel won't do. It is close to Six Flags and the place was teeming with children who were often unsupervised!

The room was smaller than others at a comparable price, and had some minimal damage. We were on the second floor, near the ice maker. This combined with some very loud neighbors, made for a long, frustrating night. In the hotel management's defense, they did attempt to rectify the ruckus once we made a phone call to complain.

This hotel was not exactly up to standards. My room was not vacuumed. The showert was never cleaned. The hotles pool was green & outside the pool there was insulating lying on the property.

The room was clean but very shabby....nobs missing from drawers, worn out chairs, our sink was scratched up. Everything was very dated. The area surrounding the hotel is all commercial office space with many vacant buildings. I felt uneasy about leaving our vehicle unattended. The hotel has no elevator. I was told the first floor had all the "suites". […] So unless you book a suite, then you're hauling everything up stairs. I felt that for the money I paid, I could have found a much nicer hotel in the area. 阅读更多信息
