The spa was disgusting in complete disrepair. It had mold and smelled. After I complained they upgraded my room which was nice, but all I wanted was to go to the Grand hyatt Aaman. Service was lousy too. Do your self a favor do not waist your money on this hotel. Stay at the Grand Hyatt Aaman, it way better.

Spent 6 days in the Le Meridien /Amman , and although there were construction every where in the hotel area & vicinity still the place was so clean & every thing was going so smooth as before , Excellent Restaurants & food, people in the front desk were professional & friendly , the spa was so nice ,room service was awesome , I was there for business […] & leisure both & enjoyed every moment there 阅读更多信息

"not expected from Le Meridien"

empty water bottle and used tissue kept in the room after room service. bath rob have been taking for cleaning and i didn't see it again. water is not clear in the indoor swimming pool and it needs ventilation.

"Excellent hotel - somewhat difficult location"

This is a great hotel - nicely appointed, friendly staff and overall great experience. The only difficulty is that it is a little difficult for guests to get to it. The driving in the area and parking can be hard. Otherwise, fantastic!

Very attentive staff. Several nice restaurants on site. Gym is in a connecting adjacent building that is a full fledged gym with everything one could want. Outdoor pool was really refreshing (cooled) with very comfortable lounge chairs and poolside bar.

Le Meridien Amman was wonderful. The service, the food, the lobby and the room were outstanding! A great place to stay.. .will definitely stay here again during next visit. Am very picky about hotels, but this one was fantastic

The lobby is well lit, clean, and welcoming. Plenty of room to receive guests and relax. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities as described and in excellent conditions. The members of the staff are all accommodating and friendly. All in all it was an excellent experience worthy of the Le Meridien name.

"Very friendly but needs improvement"

Le Meridien, Amman is a big chain hotel with little personality. The cavernous lobby is a bit too dark and unwelcoming. The rooms in the new annexe had some finishing problems, such as door and shower handles that fell off, no sink plugs, etc. On the positive side, however, the hotel is convenient and the staff in general are very friendly and helpful. […] There was one service issue with the breakfast buffet which was very busy. The staff were slow to clean and reset the tables as people left and it was hard to find a table.
