"客房清洁度高"
由 Hotels.com 住客于 2012年04月27日发表评价酒店距离O2很近，也很好找。总体上，房间的清洁度不错，很整洁也很舒适。有全身镜和吹风机。浴室和厕所的空间利用也很好。但稍有不足的是我们找不到拖鞋，而且牙具也是打电话到总台要的。如果在入住时就可以给我们或者提醒我们就更好了。

Hotel well located near Harrods and close to underground. Surrounding area is lovely with big stores and small places to eat. Did find room large and confortable with big windows. Ate only a snack at hotel which was fine.Helpful staff. Would stay there again rather than the Park Lane as more modern and up to date.

I love staying at this hotel when I'm in London. The location is fantasic - so close to Hyde Park, the tube and shopping. I've tried other hotels but I have decided that I will no longer search and ponder other accomodations. I'm just going to book in at The Sheraton Towers. Keep up the good work!

This is a great place.... well situated to all parts of London tourist sites.... every elevator is private... you press the button outside for what floor you're going to, it tells you which car to get into, and there are no buttons inside the elevator... Private Sercvice

This hotel is great - the rooms are interesting in shape, so it doesn't feel like a bog-standard hotel room, the beds extremely comfortable with really good quality bed linen and pillows. The rooms have a good mini bar, but no tea making facility! The bathrooms were good with generous walk in shower and separate bath. The Hotel is very, very nice and the location is perfect with the underground 2 minutes away and likewise with Harvey Nichols and Harrods. The only downside with the hotel is that breakfast is not included and it is not the best buffet I have seen on 5 star hotels. 2011年3月に8日間滞在しました。5★ホテルですが築年数が古く、清潔ですが近年建てられたホテルに比べ設備、間取りが古臭く思えました。（バスタブとシャワーブースが独立していて使い易いのですが新築ホテルに比べると当然ですが古臭さは否めません。）とはいえ、快適で何の不自由も無く過ごす事が出来、スタッフも親切丁寧で言う事無しの満足感がありました。ランニングがお好きな方にはハイドパーク、グリーンパーク、セントジェームスパークが近くにありランニングには便利な立地です。滞在中は毎日10キロストレスなく走る事が出来、大満足でした。食事はソーホー界隈で済ませましたがチューブで2駅なので食後は毎日歩いて帰るのにちょうど良い距離でした。
