It is probably how the Mandarin Oriental was 25 years ago - not dilapidated, but far from the room you would expect in 2012. Old and needing complete renovation. The breakfast was good though....

Very quiet compare with other top hotels in Macau! Good getaway.

My first trip to Macau and the staff at this hotel made it very comfortable. They were some of the nicest folks I've met on the planet!! Beyond that, the room was very nice size, very clean and very comfortable. The only negative might be location... it's next to the Sands so if you want big time gambling you're in luck. But there are no other restaurants […] or sightseeing to do in the immediate vicinity. Having said that...cabs are plentiful and cheap...so it didn't take any effort to get to the sightseeing. 阅读更多信息

Stayed there for one night. This hotel has really gone down hill, I was shocked at my room and the service level compared with 1-2 or 5 years ago. I will never stay here again.

I stayed at The Grand Lapa Hotel with my parents - and the entire team there made our stay one of the most convenient and comfortable. The service at the hotel is impeccable, and the concierge is most helpful. All of the staff stopped by to ask us if our stay was comfortable and gave us ideas and recommendations on what to do in Macau. our stay in grand lapa was wonderfull all the 6 nights. all personal welcomed us in a beutiful way and made our time a once in a life time. but our leaving coused us to change some of our filings. we asked the staff about the best way to get internashional airport in hong kong and the advice was wrong. it coused us becouse short time to spend 1000 hkd […] and and to be warried if we will arrive in time. 阅读更多信息

We did not want to stay in a big Casino and we are glad we did. The hotel was very clean and the staf very friendly. They helped us with everything even wrote destinations in chinese so that we could communicate with the taxi drivers if needed. Very friendly and Excellent custoemr service- I would diffently stay again.

We really enjoyed out short stay, as everything was done to a very good standard and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfasts were served in a pleasant Portuguese-style dining room, with a large and delicious varietry of food on offer.

the hotel is more resort than gambling action, so I found it to be more an oasis from the gambling...a quiet romantic place in the middle of macau. grande lobby, beautiful pool with waterfall and slide and fantastic staff. everytime I called the front desk, no one answered. then I called the mgr office to complain, and again, no answer. this happened […] both days of my stay. 예전 최고의 카지노인 SANDS호텔 바로 옆에 위치해 있는 호텔로 페리 이용시 SANDS 셔틀을 타면 편안하게 이동할 수 있는 호텔. 호텔 내부 시설을 무료로 이용할 수 있지만 관광지와(카지노를 제외한) 거리가 멀어서 약간의 수고를 필요로 합니다. 객실 상태는 굉장히 깨끗하지만 제가 묵은 방은 화장실 환풍기가 고장난 상태였습니다. 조용한 숙박을 원하시는 분에게 추천해 드리고 싶은 호텔입니다.

房間太舊了 電視仲係舊式型號及有雪花 廁所板仲差過原始黑色木板 沖涼去水超差 但乾淨 服務員好有禮貌 但絕不可能是5星級 3星到 冇下次

今回の滞在中、台風が接近していました。 無事帰れるか心配で、コンシェルジェに相談しましたら、台風情報が更新される度に紙にプリントして部屋に届けてくれました。 この心配りが大変ありがたかったです。

海の日の連休で泊まりました。フェリー乗り場への無料バスも本数が多く便利でした。また接客もしっかりしており、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたりと色々よくしていただきました。ちょっとご飯を食べに出たり、中心部のセナド広場等へ行くにはタクシーに乗る必要がありますが、フェリー乗り場からも程近く、まあまあ便利な場所にあります。立地・サービス・施設の割りに、安く泊まれて得した気分になりました。
