The hotel is pleasant and apart from the fact that I was woken by telephone at 1:00 a.m. by the desk clerk, who conveyed a wholly incorrect accusation that my T.V. was too loud, is efficiently run. My T.V. was not even on. The main restaurant is excellent and merits praise.

Bon accueil, bon confort. Mais le petit déjeuner reste cher, le ménage est approximatif (poussière pendant 4 jours, verres non changés, pour un 4étoiles... Nous avons pris un chocolat chaud dans l'après midi au bar qui était de mauvaise qualité et très cher.

El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila y agradable, con posibilidad de pasear por los alrededores. Si el precio del desayuno te parece excesivo, en los alrededores puedes encontrar un par de Salones de Té con unos precios más que razonables y gran variedad de productos para garantizarte un excelente desayuno.

Excellent hotel, service de très bonne qualité. Upgrade en Junior Suite lors de notre arrivée. Très bon diner au Restaurant la Terrasse et service attentionné.

Ottima struttura. Ristoranti di classe (anche nel prezzo). Bel quartiere, e location comodissima per visitare Ginevra (15 minuti). In paese ottimo ristorante italiano.

Hotel muy recomendable, tanto por las habitaciones (yo estuve en las DeLuxe) como por el entorno. Es preciso disponer de coche (parking exterior gratuito), ya que está alejado del centro. Está a unos 30min del centro de Ginebra. Recomendamos visitar la zona aledaña, ya que es preciosa. Desayuno de calidad media, pero no vale los 20€ que te cobran. Mejor […] pedís un cafe con leche y croissants, por unos 5€. Sólo tuvimos un problema: al llegar se nos asignó una habitación en el extremo del hotel, en un pasillo oscuro y mal iluminado, y que daba a la parte frontal del hotel. Otra pareja que hizo el mismo tipo de reserva fué ubicada en la zona central, con una decoracion e iluminacion excelentes, y en una habitacion con vistas a los Alpes. Tras quejarme en recepción, lo cual es siempre incómodo, se nos cambió a una habitación similar a la de la otra pareja. Por la mañana nos sorprendieron con un desayuno sin coste. 阅读更多信息

Tres bel hotel. les chambres sont confortables, jolies et propres. L'accueil a été parfait (visite, accompagnement chambre, etc.) Piscine agréable aussi. Sauna/Hamman sympa, mais qui auraient mérité un coup de nettoyage quand nous y sommes allés en fin de journée.
