This hotel had everything my team needed !! Free meals were great !! Free beer and wine !! All hotel staff we great !! We have several more trips this year to Chicago and i will be going Back !!

Hotel was easy to find. Check in was super fast for having booked through hotels.com. We stayed in 2 bdrm suite and loved that there was a private bathroom in each of the 2 bdrms. The beds were not really queen size; they were Full size. Should not advertise as queens if they are not really queens! There was a fireplace in the living area, which was […] s nice touch. 3 nice flat screen tv's - one in each bdrm and 1 in living area. The double beds were comfy although small, but the sofa sleeper was super springy. Not good to sleep on at all. The big issue we had was that we found almost a full head of long blonde hair on the carpet right away when we first walked in the living room. It was pretty nasty but it was late at night and we did not want to drag our luggage again after a long day of travel. So we called front desk and asked to send someone to clean. Within minutes someone came and vacuumed the entire living area. we were happy that they made it right. The suite itself was very spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a full kitchen. Did not have any issues with outside noise at all. Breakfast was very good - fresh fruit, muffins, scrambled eggs, waffle machine, and many other items to choose from. We stayed here for New Years Eve and it was perfect for two couples. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms allowed for lots of privacu. I flew into Chicago O'hare for a 2 night stay at the Resident's Inn. I was received with excellent customer service and a very warm welcome. I would without a doubt stay at the Resident's Inn again.

You cannot find a better location to stay for events at the arena. The full kitchen was awesome and the staff friendly. Just need to pick up trash outside in the bushes. I would stay there again.

I felt like was at home. I could of stayed longer if I could of ,it was very convenient.

I can't RAVE enough about this hotel!! It was amazing. Everything was perfect from the room to the breakfast to the staff to the price. Can't beat it!! Everywhere I go now, I will be looking for a Residence Inn and hope they are all this nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

For anyone seeking more than cold cereal and muffins as part of their complimentary breakfast, the Residence Inn O'Hare is the place to go. Great location to get anywhere in the Chicagoland area. Near many restaurants and shopping. Free breakfasts and weekday hospitality hours with plenty to eat and drink. The free parking is a definite plus for drivers.

We enjoyed our nice, clean, somewhat luxurious stay here. While the free dinner didn't last long (we had to go find a restaurant instead) the free breakfasts were outstanding! We arrived early and enjoyed a wide variety of breakfast food--different every day!

We had a great stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you to the airport and the blue line train. My only complaint was the free high speed wireless Internet. I barely had a signal and had to rely on my 3G phone instead of using my laptop.

Truly loved staying at this establishment. The only glitch was when I checked in, I was told that the room I had reserved was not available (two bedroom suite, with a queen size bed in each bedroom, lounge area with a fireplace and two bathrooms). I got my wake up call right on time and they called me a taxi as arranged. Room was very big and spacious. quiet neighborhood and good distance from airport.

Are you kidding me? This big hotel room, with full hot breakfast for this price? Only a short shuttle ride to the el to take you downtown? We'll be back!

Wedding party on the floor created so much noise that sleep was constantly disrupted throughout the night. Otherwise hotel accommodations were very good!

Nice hotel at a good price. Liked location with plenty of restauraunts within walking distance that are open very late. Hotel had power outage that disrupted sleep. Needed to ask for different pillows twice as I am allergic to down.

This was a great place, good morning breakfast, and met our expectations with Marriott, we love to stay at Marriott's. The service was good. we did have a plugged bathroom drain, we told the maid about it and they had it fixed, and left a nice note and candybar after fixing it. That was a treat. It's close to several restaurants, and target. Great stay with no problems at all! Service was impeccable. Room was very comfortable and clean with updated kitchen. Can't beat free beer 6-7:30 every night and a free buffet each night. Free shuttle service and free wifi. Within walking distance of Rosatti's and Chilis.

We were pleased with the hotel. Room was bigger than expected, very clean, and easy access to the Blue Line with the hotel shuttle. We will be making this our destination of choice for future Chicago visits.

We got a great price for this room and the hotel was fantastic. We were greated by Eric at the registration counter and he was very kind of helpful. We just had a great stay.

enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Having the BBQ, breakfast and appetizers available available for you guest is a nice touch. Although the location is out of town it was not difficult to get around to visit sites or go shopping.

Approx 40 mins drive from Chicago unless there's heavy traffic - hotel has nice amenities like a kitchen, pool and spa. Had a pleasant stay with hot breakfast, coffee every morning and supper on some of the week days (except for the disappointing switch to soup on the menu - not quite what you would expect for dinner!). Overall a nice hotel.

Usually I stay at Residence Inn if possible. This time, was not my most pleasant experience. The room didn't have wireless internet. Also, the evening before I left town, I had an early a.m. meeting. Convenient to the airport but if you are sightseeing in Chicago I prefer the downtown hotels.The hotel itself was very nice and you did not have to pay for parking so it definitely had it's advantages.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The motel is not laid out very well making it like a maze to get to certain rooms. We were on the forth floor so if you don't like stairs or long walks to the lobby be sure to specify that. We arrived at the airport. We called the hotel and they were there in 10 min. to pick us up. The van driver, the people behind the desk, and even the pizza man...were all just such nice, friendly, helpful people. We had lots of hot water, an awesome comfy bed, and a nice cool room. The grounds are beautiful and welcoming. This Colorado family was extremely impressed. To top it off, it is 10 minutes from the Airport and shuttles run every 30 minutes. Perfect amount of room for myself, 3 grown daughters and granddaughter. Hung out in the room the whole evening and could go to sleep at different times. Highly recommend it.

Let me start. we came to hotel after 9 hours of straight drive and we get a frown.Ok may be its my bad..then we had requested for a crib so i asked for one. Instead of saying sorry we do not have one. First thing that came from reception is , we are already overbooked ,so if you want you can cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. WHAT the crap.!I […] was with my wife, and kid 9 month and at 9:00 pm just for asking for crib she says you can cancel if you would like I was really mad and raised my voice and said that there is no way she should be so arrogant. Ok finally the ball boy got one crib for me.. thanks to him. Crib as anyway dirty so i had to use sofa bed to sleep and guess what i am going to walgreens to get painkillers to get rid of my back pain :-). Rooms are noisy. if you start a water tap in bathroom it makes lot of noise, doors are squeaky., location is good near all the shops, but overall my stay was bad.I was really very disappointing and with these bad experiences i would suggest please do not stay in that hotel. As most of the people are foreigners they may give good reviews, but i have stayed 4 times in different hotels in chicago and never had such a rude staff and bad hotel rooms. Secondly rooms are very small and you feel suffocated , dark. It very close to airport but unlike other hotels i have stayed before airplane noise too makes it more uglier. When the front desk person gave me bad information about the shuttle bus to the airport, I had to take a cab to make my flight. Simple things like shuttle schedule information should be handled better - Poor training I guess
