We originally booked the Delphine Palace Hotel after seeing it reviewed # 1 on Trip adviser. After arriving at the hotel we were shocked at how poorly maintained and not 5 star looking it was. It was like a fake Chanel bag so I cancelled our reservation and booked Rixos as it is a chain and I stayed in the one in Dubai and it was well worth the hassle […] of relocating. It is actually a 5 star well maintained Hotel with a lovely pool. It is perfect for relaxing. If your looking to get drunk n party I suggest the Delphine as It is cheap and cheerful but the Rixos is more suited to a nice peaceful holiday. 阅读更多信息

This used to be the Sheraton Voyager until acquired by Rixos last year. They did an excellent job of renovating and upgrading the facility. This is a prime location and one of the top hotels in Antalya. Rixos provides excellent service and quality. This was our first stay at a Rixos facility and we were very pleased with the experience. Great job!

Very nice hotel with 5 star amenities. Close to sea beach but 10-15 min tram ride to city center or nearby eating place. The hotel food is actually pretty good and decently priced. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was clean. A nice room with a great view every direction. Sorrounding area beautiful. Walking distance to attractions. The staff was capable not great on customer service. Restaurant choices within hotel not exceptional.

Over all the hotel is good and calm , food was more that good too much food and different kind, English is not understandable , the spa and swimming pool area are so quiet , excellent for honey moon

Excellent hotel, well trained staff, very friendly , very helpful, perfect for couples/honey moon, nice sport vacilities, excellent food.

This hotel was very nice. Had all the amenities we were looking for. Close to the beach but about 1/2 hour walk from city center. The only negative was that they offered a shuttle to their private stretch of beach only during limited hours - 9am-6pm....not convenient for those of us evening beach goers....

Las instalaciones del Hotel son muy apropiadas pero el servicio de restaurant no equivale a un 5 estrellas como esta catalogado. Los servicios de sauna no estan abiertos a todos los huespedes, todo hay que pagarlo aparte pero tampoco te brindan informacion de manera proactiva para que puedas acceder a ellos. Un buen punto es que tienen Wi-fi gratis […] a buena velocidad. Lo mejor el bar que esta en el acantilado del mediteraneo, comida simple y accesible. Para ir a la ciudad tienes que tomarte taxi. Si queres hacer alguna excursion en el hotel negocian el precio con el taxista. 阅读更多信息

Das Rixos Downtown kann sich absolut nicht messen mit dem vorgängigen Hotel Sheraton. Schade das das Sheraton verkauft hat an Rixos. Rixos verdient sicher nicht 5 Sterne. Zum Frühstück gabs nicht mal Fruchtsäfte. Ausser man musste ihn bestellen und bezahlen. Das Personal war schlecht geschult und organisiert. Auf den Kaffe konnte man warten und warten. Jeden […] Abend das selbe Büffet . Kein Eis, kaum Dessert. Zum Rixos Strand läuft man 20 Minuten. Oder man nimmt den Hotel Bus welcher jede Stunde einmal fährt. 阅读更多信息

Vi bodde på Rixos Downtown i august i år og hadde en fantastisk opplevelse. Veldig bra service pent og rent rom, svært god frokost og et fantastisk bassengområde. Restauranten utenfor hotelgjerdet mot sjøen var en perle og et fantastisk sted å tilbringe tid på ettermiddagen. Kalina restaurant/bar i tilknyttning til hotellet er vært et besøk alene. Bad badroom and wc.

Vi är ett medelålderspar som reste utan barn och var på hotellet i en vecka. Ett första klassens hotell med den bästa tänkbara service och faciliteter. Läget är fantastiskt med närheten till havet och utsikten över de vackra bergen. Mycket stor och bra frukostbuffé med allt du kan önska och lite till. Hotellets restauranger är också bra. Anbefales gjerne spesielt på bakgrunn av nydelig beliggenhet, vakre uteområder og grei avstand til "gamlebyen" og havnen.

Poolen är jättefin, stor med många olika sektioner och djup som passar alla åldrar. Vi bokade till halvpension på plats men behövde tjafsa om vi hade det eller ej i matsalen tre kvällar innan vi sade ifrån ordentligt. Allt i minibaren och poolbaren välidgt dyrt. En liten glass 40-50 kronor!
