The location is great. But the most hateful thing from the hotel is that: 8am somebody will knock at your door saying they will check minibar, or at 9am sb is calling for cleanning the room, or somebody knock at your doors from time to time saying they will change the towels. What is this? Don't you know that I want my own private room? When I check out you can check everything! This makes my stay here a nightmare! And the wireless internet is slow, at the counter they first said you should pay some price and 10 seconds latere, they said sorry this is a special rate from manager, but yours should be much more pesos! Don't you feel disppointed to such kind of hotel? The only reason I recommend is for its location. That's all.

Horrible, the concierge miguel and bellboy miguel are crooks, they wont let you take a taxi from the hotel becuase they have hidden deals with radiotaxi (other company), so they will have you waiting until their taxi comes and they get money out of it. The hotel is far far away from the santa fe business district.

"Detestei o período que passei neste Hotel!"

Como já disse no título do comentário, detestamos o período que passamos neste hotel pelos seguintes motivos: 1. Parecia que não existíamos, falavamos com eles (recepcionistas) e até parecia que não nos ouvia. 2. Todos os taxis oferecidos por eles, agiram com má fé, davamos o endereço e eles fingiam se perderem, ou nos levavam para outro local. 3. Perguntavamos […] coisas simples como ponto de metro, localização de casa de câmbio etc. E as informações eram sempre erradas. Depois descobriamos a estação do metro bem perto, bancos que cambiavam corretamente nosso dinheiro e bem próximo do hotél. 4. Como não sabiamos inicialmente onde trocar nosso dinheiro, tivemos que fazer no próprio hotel, o que nos decepcionou, eles trocaram o dinheiro mas não pelo valor real do dolar. 5. Não informaavam no site que não ofereciam café da manhã, e pelo preço cobrado das diárias estavamos certos que tinhamos este direito então no primeiro dia fomos tomar o café da manhã e fomos mal recebidos e perseguidos como se fossemos ludibriar o hotel, o que não era verdade. 6. Por duas vezes pela manhã entraram em nosso quarto sem serem avisados, as camareiras metiam o cartão na porta e abriam, nos assustando e nos pegando em momentos inoportunos. Espero que punliquem esta avaliação para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação que nós. 阅读更多信息
