Location could not be better. Helpful staff. Convenient parking. Excellent restaurant, even though overpriced, as are all other hotels in the area. If you need air conditioning, ask for an oscillating fan; they claim only one hotel has A.C.

Although the exterior is rather unattractive (a vertical concrete shoebox), the rooms are very pleasant. And there is no beating the view. My room looked directly onto the Jungfrau mountain, the largest of the mountains in the region. The staff were very friendly and helpful. great location, eyesore for the town, but thats not your problem when you're looking out. Overpriced for its amenities, it's a 3 star that somehow has gotten ranked as 4, so set your expectations properly.

Wir waren lediglich 1 Nacht für ein paar Stunden im Hotel. Die Begrüssung und der Service war ganz nett. Das Zimmer war ebenfall schön und auch die Aussicht sehr passabel. Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer war kaputt. Die Putzleute (ca. 3 Stück) machten am morgen um ca. 9.30 einen riesen Lärm auf dem Gang. Die Zimmer sind demnach sehr hellhörig. Das war […] sehr unangenehm. Het hotel staat briljant in Interlaken. Als de wolken optrekken kijk je uit op de Jungfrau, links en rechts zie je de Thunersee en de Brienzersee. Het hotel zier er niet uit van buiten, van binnen verouderd. Metname de badkamer is toch wat gedateerd en voor het geld wat ze vragen verwacht je toch meer.
