Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hiawassee - 海华希

Was there because the sudden death of my sister. Really needed some relief. The jacuzzi in the bathroom would not work. When I told the front desk they just said sorry and went on there way.

NICE HOTEL, WOULD STAY AGAIN. GOOD BREAKFAST AND BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. BEDS WERE A BIT HARD IN MY OPINION, BUT OK.

Great Holiday Inn. Great staff - verynice and helpful!

Clean, friendly, nice hotel for our last minute stay over, great room layout and good breakfast. Good stay for our family, and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Motel had a resort feel to it. Breakfast area was roomy with good food choice. Breakfast bar was well maintained. Staff was pleasant and friendy.

We had to spend the night unexpectedly in Hiawassee, GA so I pulled out the Ipad with the Hotels.com app on it and found the Holiday Inn Express. We had 3 adults and 2 boys (10 and 7) and the suite with 2 queen beds and the pull out sofa was perfect. I would recommend the 3rd floor with the mountain view if you can get it. The hotel's staff was excellent, breakfast options were very good - better than most offered in other hotels (even in other holiday express inns). Rooms were larger than expected. A/C worked GREAT!! Town rolls up the sidewalks at 10, so if you haven't eaten before 10 PM, you are out of luck unless you like Huddle House.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the room was great. They were ontop of everything!

We attended a wedding at Brasstown Resort in Hiawassee, Ga. When we were ready to book our room for the event, the rooms at Brasstown Resort were no longer available but the wedding invitation recommended the Holiday Inn Express as an alternative. We're VERY sorry we made that choice. We stayed in room 104 and had a TERRIBLE night's sleep. The matress […] was so extremely uncomfortable that we got very little rest, tossing and turning all night just to get comfortable. And there was a large hole in the tile in the bathroom. I have only one complaint and it wasn't a real hassle due to staying just one night but the wifi in our 3rd floor room was unacceptable. The connection was very weak but, as I say, this didn't create a great problem.

This hotel met or exceeded my expectations in every way. It was well-kept, well-appointed and clean. The lobby has a computer with internet access and the decor was above what I would expect from a hotel of this price. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Would stay there again!

Incredible customer service! Small town hotel with big city service. Front lobby was undergoing some rennovations but only slightly inconvenient. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and updated. Quick drive to Young Harris College.

Very pleased with hotel and employees. We got there early and they had no problem letting us check in early. The room was very nice. The hotel is about 5 mins from Ga. Mountain Fair grounds. The hotel also served us a hot breakfast included with stay. Not many places in this price range offers you that. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff were great, room was clean and comfortable. Requested 3rd floor as suggested by a posted comment and the view was spectacular. Will stay again!

Only stayed one night, but would have liked to have made it a week!!! The room was very large and very clean. Would you beleive you could turn around in the bathroom.
