We stayed for 2 nights in August and we wished we had planned to stay longer. The staff and ammenities were remarkable. If you plan to go in August however, the indoor pool may be closed for scheduled cleaning. The Montreux Palace is in the heart of Montreux and it exceeded all of our expectations.

Montreux Palace is the nicest hotel in Montreux and probably has the best restaurant as well. The spa area is also very good and the indoor pool is very inviting. I highly reccomend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing stay in a super clean, well kept hotel.

nice property located right along the lake. however, service was highly mediocre for a 5 star hotel. staff particularly at reception and concierge were snobbish and impatient. definitely disappointed for the most expensive property in the town.

everything great except the staff at the pool area who were most unhelpful. Loungers round the pool were uncomfortable and the barbarcue by the pool was expensive and rubbish

The Palais is an enormous hotel in a Grand Riveria style. The staff where extremely helpful, polite and professional. The public areas where very well maintained and clean. Our bathroom lights didn't work when we first got there but they sorted it out really quickly. The Spa is of a very high standard and the treatment ( facial) was one of the best […] I have had. One gripe was that there was a shortage of sunbeds in the garden. Our room was small but well presented and was very quiet and the airconditioning was fantastic. The bathroom had an overcomplicated shower/jacuzzi thing which was a bit frustrating if you just wanted a shower or bath you had to fiddle around with lots of little buttons - too fussy. 阅读更多信息

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Teilweise noch ein wenig verstaubte Innendekoration. Kleinere Details wie "aufgeklebte" Telefon-Kurzwahltasten-Infos werden dem allgemeinen Touch nicht gerecht. Auch war der Sonnenstoren im Nebenzimmer optisch sichtbar defekt. Das sah nicht schön aus... sowas darf beim 3. platzierten Hotel in der Schweiz nicht sein... Am Hotelbetrieb gibts nichts auszusetzen - nette Reception und Zimmerservice, absolut sauber usw. Auf den ersten Blick gibts wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen. Was uns aber fehlte war das gewisse etwas, das wir von einem 5-Sternhotel erwarten: z..Bsp. Früchte im Zimmer, wenigstens ein Bild an Wand wenn ich vom Bett aus schaue und nicht nur der Flachbildschirm, […] Proseco zum Frühstück wenn erwünscht, wenigstens am Sonntag lange Frühstückszeiten und nicht nur bis 10.30 usw. - um 10.20 wird man aufgefordert, noch ein letztes Mal ans Buffet zu gehen. Irgendwie hatten wir das Gefühl, dass man sich zu sehr auf die phantastische Lage und Aussicht und den tollen Wellnesbereich abstützt (die wirklich einmalig sind) und gar nicht auf die Idee kommt, gewisse Details zu pflegen.
