We found this hotel to be a much needed oasis in Quito before we embarked on our cruise to the Galapagos Islands. We had quite a journey getting there because of a missed airline connection (not our fault). The hotel fully accommodated us a day late with terrific service. The location and the rooms were fine. The entire 6th floor stank of urine. The carpets need to be changed I think. This hotel building is huge and our walk from the elevator to the room was pretty long. My husband and I would try to hold our breath or run to the door to get into the room. they need to get rid of the stench. Me sorprendio por ejemplo que en un hotel de este supuesto nivel de calidad, las toallas estuvieran delgadas y poco absorbentes...mas bien pareciera que se las hubiera prestado algun hotel de 2*.

Nous avons séjourné au JW Marriott de Quito alors que nous avions un évènement familial au sein du même établissement. Nous avons fort apprécié notre séjour, surtout au niveau du service qui était impeccable. Les infrastructures sont correctes même si on commence à sentir l'hôtel un peu vieillir au niveau des chambres et de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner […] ainsi que le brunch sont impeccables.
