Decent hotel for the price,

You get what you pay for. No frills, but after a long day of driving it's cheap and convenient.

The hotel representative behind the desk was unable to answer any questions. The carpet was wet in some areas. The hotel was extremely loud from 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM. Place clean, staff very nice. Need new pillows.

The towels were thread bare and need replacing. The continental breakfast was one of the worst I have seen. The food looked like it was left over for a week and was never replenished.

When booking this hotel, I did not mention that my mom was almost 80 years of age and needed not to climb stairs. The one in charge quickly rearranged where our room would be from another floor to the ground foor. Sometimes this cannot be done but it was for us. This was a life saver! Thanks again!!!

My stay at the The Red Roof Inn located in Gaffney South Carolina was pleasant. Very Pleasant actually. The staff was so nice and respectful to all my needs. They answered all of my questions and gave me some good suggestions also. They were there when I needed them from the day I checked in until the day I checked out. After reading some of the other reviews, I felt some trepidation as we walked into the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby smelled of fresh paint, and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous (the only issue I had at check-in was a surprise to find that the room was not already paid for when I booked it on hotels.com, as it […] normally is. But the hotel clerk adequately explained that, so no problem). Our room was nice and very clean. The only complaint to be found there was that there was only a partial roll of TP in the room. But they gave us a fresh one from the front desk when we asked about that, so no problem. The bed was comfortable. We always bring our own pillows, so the small hotel pillows were no problem for us, and no different from dozens of other hotels we have stayed in that cost much more. We didn't partake of the breakfast or other amenities, so can't speak on those. Overall, we were quite satisfied and would definitely stay there again if we return to Gaffney. 阅读更多信息
