Overall I was satisfied with my stay in Chelsea, MI at the Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint was that the room did not have a fridge. I was under the impression that the room would have one and when we got there, there was not one in our room. When I asked the front desk they said that they would have one in there by the end of the night. We never […] received one, even after reminding them at least two times. Other than that the room was clean, all the staff was very nice and helpful with directions. The pool area was very small, but clean and the comp breakfast was the best I had ever had. 阅读更多信息

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I was in town for a family reunion - and they made a special effort to accommodate a small gathering and made everyone feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice Hotel stay. The "hot" breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. And the Hotel staff was definately very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Hotel.

This hotel was hidden back off the main road. And with the exception of noisy neighbors and inconsiderate guests in the lobby the stay was rather pleasant. Come lady, you don't need to be on your cell phone having a personal conversation at the front desk. The clerk didn't need to hear it and neither did I.

Close enough to Ann Arbor when the hotels are full from U of M games or events. Staff is friendly, close to town. Cleary's Pub a great place to eat. The only thing I disliked is they always have feather pillows and I think they can be quite uncomfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and a great selection to choose from. I recommend staying at this location […] the staff is friendly and courteous! I would like to have had a hot tub the pool was full of kids no room for the adults so we went for a walk instead. 阅读更多信息
