"Terrible customer service"

I stayed multiple days at this hotel and it was too long. Although it was convenient to get to the location where I was working, the customer service was awful. They do not clean the rooms daily. In fact, if you are staying multiple days, they do not clean the rooms unless you hang a card on your door. However, they do not inform you of the need to […] hang the card on the door. My room did not even have the card in it. I had to ask for it when I got back to the room after working for 12 hours to find that my room hadn't been cleaned and there were no towels available. When I called the front desk and asked for towels, I was told they couldn't get towels until the following morning. It was frustrating. 阅读更多信息
