Hotel VIP Executive Diplomatico - 里斯本

Very good location in a quieter area of the city but close enough and walkable for the main sight seeing areas. Public transport was readily available close to the hotel, definitely recommend this hotel!

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, at best a 3 star hotel. It is in good location where the sightseeing tour bus is available. The staff is helpful.

- close to, but far enough away from the hubbub. Slightly uphill past all the big names (Prada, Armani, Vuitton........) to get back from the city centre but hey, use the bus. It's easy. Very quaint older Hotel that has been carefully updated and retains it's classic grace. Excellent and helpfull staff, very courtious as it relates to venues to see & sites within walking distance & travel buses or cabs. Fine buffet breakfast with great selection and attentive service. I stayed 3 nights in mid-June and it was really nice overall. The staffs are really friendly, breadfasts are always rich and fresh. Hotel room is clean, and nice music in room (missing a jazz/classical channel :)). Nearby there is also a great restaurant. The hotel is in a good location, around a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. The staff were extremely polite and spoke excellent English. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Hotellet er fint. hjælpsomheden i receptionen stor. Afstanden til centrum både på gåben og med metro er fin, men vi fandt aldrig en dagligvarebutik i nærheden. Men der er konstant trafikstøj og tømning af skraldespande fra gaden. Og sengene er fine , men madrasserne er for hårde for de fleste mennesker. El estado de conservación de las habitaciones y baños deja mucho que desear. Sin reformar, muy antiguo, aunque muy limpio. No responde a las expectativas de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Stort bra rom og bra renhold. Fikk veldig bra mottakelse da vi kom, De i respesjonen var veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilt, bortsett fra en som var stikk motsatt. Helhetsinntrykket er bra, og hotellet kan anbefales.

Un hotel bien situé mais pas très typique de lisbonne (quartier d'affaire)

Hotel Stary i wymaga remontu. Pokoje wymagają lepszej wentylacji bądź częstszego wietrzenia. Pomieszczenia bardzo małe i ciasne. Czystość zadowalająca. Ogólnie nie polecam, są dużo lepsze hotele za tą cenę.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, kävelymatkan päässä 'joka paikasta' eli lähes kaikille nähtävyyksille pystyi kävelemään. Kulman takana metron sisäänkäynti ja suuri puisto. Não fosse a ducha que não parava da forma correta no suporte, o que fazia o banho não ser tão confortável (room 103) e os preços dos produtos da geladeira do quarto serem MUITO ALTOS, a nota seria 1.000. Valeu a pena. O restante estava tudo maravilhoso !!!

Além da inegável vontade de ajudar por parte de todos os colaboradores do hotel (recepção, paquete, refeitório), este hotel tem para mim três grandes vantagens: 1) Acesso desde o norte: quem venha do norte, se entrar por Loures, o acesso é praticamente imediato (desde que não seja em hora ponta, evidentemente), com menos de 5 minutos desde a saída da […] autoestrada até estacionar em frente ao hotel 2) Localização: permite aceder a praticamente todos os pontos relevantes do centro empresarial de Lisboa, seja Saldanha, Marquês de Pombal, etc.., e a pé! 3) Estacionamento: embora tenha poucas vagas, é gratuito, o que numa cidade onde se paga por estacionar na rua, é muito relevante. Excellent rapport qualité prix. La chambre était très grande avec une bonne literie et une bonne insonorisation. La décoration aurait besoin d'un bon rafraichissement mais aspect secondaire dans le cadre d'un séjour de 2 jours. Personnel sympathique. Bonne situation géographique, à proximité du métro.

Sobretudo, uma (muito) boa relação qualidade/preço. Funcionários de grande qualidade - cordialidade e competência - quer na recepção quer na sala do pequeno almoço. Vopltarei, seguramente.

When I came in my room I was enthusiastic about how it was large and pleasant. I decided to have a shower but ineffable was my surprise to note that water only came out by tap and not by shower. So I only washed my hair and I went out to dry, but another surprise waited for me: the hairdryer was broken! In fact the tube dangled! How can a housekeeper […] doesn't realize it? So I tried to call the reception but no one replied at the phone (several time), so I went to the reception and I explained my problem, but the receptionist said that shower was very easy to use (isn't it? you had to put out a roll at the bottom of the tap and water passed from tap to shower... My boyfriend too wasn't able to carry out this simple operation)! He spoke me like if I was a deficient who can't use a shower; what's more, he said me that he could provide to hairdryer. I went to have dinner and when I came back I discovered that nothing was changed: the tube still dangled! So I tried to called the reception but another time no one replied, so I looked for a telephone directory to check if number 9 was correct, and not only I didn't find it, also I knew that my bulb was burned out (another housekeeper task). So I went to the receptionist and the receptionist (who was changed) apologized for the drawback but his colleague didn't tell him nothing and he didn't know about hairdryer but at midnight was too late to solve because he was alone and without keys of storage. Finally, I had to go out in the morning with wet hair! I asked to call a taxi: I don't think this depends from hotel, but a taxi for the airport which usually costs around ten euro, I paid it 22,50... An end like the beginning... 阅读更多信息

VIP Executive Diplomatico er et luxus hotell av den gode gamle sorten. Beliggeheten ikke langt fra Lisboas paradegate Avenida de Liberdade med sine kafeer og gode foretninger gir hotellet en perfekt plassering for en storbyferie. Strøket er tross sin sentrale beliggenhet, stille og rolig. I resepsjonen blir du møtt med meget god service. Portieren bringer […] bagasjen opp til rommet og viser deg rundt. Personale er kunnskapsrikt og helper deg gjerne med å finne severdighetene i nærheten eller med å bestilte bord på en god restaurant. Mange av rommene har flott utsikt mot Marquis de Pombal og Catello St.Jorge. Heisen var rask og effektiv men litt liten så vær obs ikke last mer enn 300 kilo i den for da kan den gå sakte. Hotellet mangler a la carte restaurant men grupper kan få middag etter bestilling. Sightseeng bussene går fra Marquis de Pombal hver halvtime i flere forskjellige ruter. Get a room at the lower floors. The elevators move slowly and they are old as well. Sometimes the lights in the elevators went out and it could not remeber which floor you were going for. We recommend the stairs!! If you need parking you should make sure that the hotel has a vacant parking place. It is expensive to park in the streets!

Helt elendig service i resepsjonen. Det var sjokkerende å se hvor lite interessert de var i å være imøtekommende og hyggelige! Parkering var åpenbart bare for VIP. Vi ble fortalt at parkeringsplassen deres var full, men det kunne vi se ikke stemte siden vi hadde rom med klar utsikt til park.pl.
