Villa Florentine - 里昂

High above Lyon, with breath taking views is a perfect get away. When all you need to do just relax this is the place. There no question that I'll be back .

Hotel is very nice, we had a room with the bed on a mezzanine, so bed on top rest on the bottom floor. Everything worked, but tub, no shower, and no where to hand the hand held shower, so taking a shower....impossible, besides this, hotel is beautiful, nice, classic, elegant.

Our stay was the classiest and most welcoming experience my wife and I have ever had at a hotel. We have been fortunate to have experience at high-end luxury hotels, but we have never experienced the welcoming we received at Villa Florentine. The management treated as royalty and the concierge desk was the best in the business. This place is amazing and the staff is fantastic. The only problem, which is actually an ok thing if I would have know, is that it is way on a hillside. Very beautiful location with great views of the city. But at the same time we had to walk up this huge hill to come and go from the hotel. There is nothing up there but the hotel as far as dining. So […] unless you want to take a taxi every time you want to go somewhere be prepared to get a real workout every time you come and go. Vous passerez forcement un moment formidable à la Villa Florentine. Accueil et prestations de tres grande qualité. Chambre superbe et calme

Bel hôtel, accueil et service parfaits. Seul problème, mais de taille, un très mauvais lit dans notre chambre. Matelas bosselé, probablement trop ancien.

alors il est vrai que d'arrivée le 25 décembre n'a pas du arranger les choses, mais bon, pour un 5*, le restaurant fermé le dimanche et le lundi !! De plus , un palace ayant un room service qui termine a 21h ... des capsules par terre donc visiblement le ménage a été fait vite fait, impossible de couper la clim dans la chambre... Vu les prix, 60€ la […] demi bouteille de champagne dans la chambre et les prix en général on est en droit d'attendre beaucoup mieux. PAr contre un grand merci à la directrice mme Christensen car l'hôtel ne fait pas de cash advance sur la carte de crédit un comble pour un palace donc elle m'a fait confiance et avancer à titre personnel... De plus, je recommande l'hotel en été, pour la terrasse, jardin, et piscine extérieur rare à Lyon mais en hiver , préférer un hotel dans le bas pour profiter du shopping car en haut il y a rien . Service à l'ancienne dans un cadre exceptionnel.

Le meilleur de tous ceux que j ai essayé. il est magique!

le personnel adorable, les personnes à la réception très à l'écoute. Service impeccable.

sejour très court (juste une nuit) qui donne envie d'y rester plus longtemps! Personnel tres à l'ecoute , situation sur les hauteurs de lyon. La vue du jaccuzy est imprenable. Petit dejeuner sur terrasse ombragée. Rien à redire!!!

リヨン観光に行く事が決まりホテルを探していてこのヴィラ　フロレンテイーンを見たときこれだ！と決めました 想像通りの素敵なホテルでした 部屋に大きなお庭のようなテラスがあり美しいリヨンの町全体が居ながらにして見渡せて感激しました 困ったのはホテルのダイニングが小さく二泊しましたが結局デイナーは外へ行きました　山の上から非常に急な坂で下まで下りなくてはならなくて不便でした 早くに予約の必要があることを知っていればと残念でした 冷蔵庫の飲み物も非常に高い コーラーの小さな瓶で７ユーローはちょと高すぎませんか？ 朝食は特にフルーツの盛り付けがとても美しく気持ちよく いただけました インテリアも素晴らしいホテルです

A wonderful hotel mixing luxury with a pleasing helpful and convivial approach from the hotel staff. The view over Lyon is stunning and the beautiful "Old Lyon" is right below the Hotel down some impressive steps. A great place to stay if you can afford.

Très bel hôtel de qualité Très bon accueil Très belles chambres Manque des parasols sur la terrasse salle à manger Faire attention à dépoussiérer les meubles dans les chambre.

hôtel formidable mais attention lors de sa réservation demandez chambre avec vue, sinon, c'est moins bien.
