由 Hotels.com 住客于 2012年05月03日发表评价酒店很老了，但是维护的不错，服务也不错，周边的环境非常好，购物，餐饮非常方便，也很安全。只是离机场较远，需要大概45分钟。卫生间的座厕不够好。酒店内的餐饮太贵，尤其是周末的早午餐，非常不值，建议到周边的餐厅吃。

Our family used a two bedroom suite for a family get-together. The pool was great and the room was just right. There was a problem with the refrigerator, but the management promptly took care of it. The variety at breakfast was excellent.

This Hotel was so fun for our family It was close to great shopping and lots of restorants. We swam in the indoor Pool. And sleeped well.

Can't beat Residence Inn. Lots of room. Lots of conveniences. Great location in one of KC's nicest neighborhoods. This hotel I will look for out of preference.

I spent a weekend at this location, and I thought the amenities were clean, thoughtful, and very well laid out. The staff was courteous and professional. I appreciated the outdoor lounge areas, and overall my room was comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well appointed, and had a good variety of cooking implements that got the job done. Several members of our family booked rooms to attend a family wedding. The hotel had a huge breakfast buffet selection, suite had all the amenities we needed, staff was very courteous and attentive to our needs, shopping and restaurants were all around the area.
