Excellent choice for business visit. Room was comfortable, quiet, A/C worked well and they allowed late check out. There is an Irish pub filled with expats in the hotel along with several good restaurants. Hotel located half way between old Muscat and the airport. I will stay here next time.

"Staff very friendly"
Stayed with 3 friends on a girls break away from busy Abu Dhabi. We had the nicest time. From the minute we walked in the staff made us feel so welcome. The hotel is really nice too clean rooms, Nice location and wonderful staff what more can you want. Thank you so much for our stay here and we will definatly be back. :D
"Radisson Blue in Muscat"
The room was not ready when we checked in and had to wait for an hour. Also extra bed was not organised. The breakfast buffet spread is excellent. The front counter was under staffed and had to wait for long.

Hotels in Muscat are expensive and I stayed here because it was relatively cheap. However, I did have to spend the first day managing the hotel. I'd booked a non-smoking room and was given a room that may have been non-smoking but had the most overpowering odor of artificial air freshner, which made the room intolerable. I then had to wait a couple […] of hours for a room, despite arriving late evening. The rooms seemed to be free, they just had not been cleaned. My room was clean, until I checked under the mattress, where there was some revolting debris left by a previous occupant. The hotel cleaning staff took some persuading that yes it was their job to clean under the mattress. While waiting for the room, I tried the steak restaurant. I had to send the steak back twice, and even then it was under-aged and every bit of fat had been cut off -- steak for people who hate steak. The house red wine at ORM 1 for as much as you want was, however, very good. Back in the room, the hotel safe did not work, and then my room key stopped working. In two days of staying I had to get new keys (in fact a swipe card) four times. My litmus test of breakfast in hotels in the region is to order eggs Benedict. The restaurant said that it could do eggs Benedict, and then produced poached eggs on toast splattered in something curdled. Day 2 was better but not perfect. The new chef made a very good eggs Benedict, and by ordering the massively expensive Waygu steak at dinner, I did get a good steak. The wine by the bottle is vastly over-priced, and the OMR 1 deal is much better quality as well as being better value. Day 2 was spoilt by Internet being down for half the working day - the hotel said Internet would be down for 30 minutes only, which was an outright lie. There were four good things about the hotel from the start: Internet is free, although as mentioned it was highly unreliable, the pool is excellent, the outside terrace is great, and the front of house staff were charming and wil 阅读更多信息

"Hotel Radisson blu in Muscat"
We enjoyed staying in this hotel. We were disappointed from the lake of public transportation. As we arrived muscat by bus, we must ask many of taxi drivers to drive us to our hotel. none of them knew unfortunatly the way. I think the address has to be changed.
"an enjoyable weekend in Muscat"
I was overall very happy with the hotel being helpful and flexible in all ways. From the check-in, the pool staff and the shuttle bus to the souk. It all made for an enjoyable weekend in Muscat.
"Flotte vaerelser"
Min mand og jeg var paa et 4 dages ophold i Muscat paa dette hotel. Hotellet var ikke saa nemt at finde, selvom vi havde GPS med. Vi kom foerst langt ud paa eftermiddagen (efter kl. 17) paa indtjekningsdagen. Alligevel var vores vaerelse ikke gjort klar, og vi maatte derfor staa og vente udenfor paa gangen i 10 minutter (godt traette efter en lang koeretur […] fra Dubai) mens de faerdiggjorde det. Saa opdager vi, at de har givet os et vaerelse med enkeltseng, selvom vi havde bestilt dobbeltseng. Vi maa derfor ned i receptionen og klage, og de sender os saa op til et andet vaerelse med dobbeltseng, som heller ikke er faerdiggjort. Vi maa derfor endnu engang vente ude paa gangen, mens de faerdiggjorde det. Vaerelset var dog meget nydeligt. De efterfoelgende dage havde vi problemer med, at de ikke kom ind paa vores vaerelse og ordnede det (vi havde haengt skilt ud med, at vi onskede roomservice), selvom vi ofte foerst kom hjem sent ud paa aftenen, og de dermed havde haft tid nok. Det havde de en masse mindre gode undskyldninger for. De dage de saa havde vaeret og ordnet vaerelset, havde de glemt at give os haandklaeder og andre ting. Da vi den ene dag bestilte morgenmad til vaerelset (mod betaling), kom maden uden bestik. Alt dette gjorde, at vi konstant maatte ringe ned til receptionen og klage, hvilket er ret traettende, naar man er paa ferie. Det skal dog siges, at de til sidst gav os en gratis valgfri middag paa hotellets resturant, pga. alle deres servicemangler. Saa den ros skal de have! Hotellet er ellers rigtig flot og med laekre vaerelser. Overfor er der en resturant, der hedder Automat, hvor der saelges god mad til en meget fornuftig pris. Den er et besog vaerd (vi var der hver dag). Trods de problemer, der var, vil jeg ikke vaere afvisende overfor at komme igen en anden gang. Jeg formoder, at vi bare har vaeret der i en uheldig periode med problemer hos rengoringspersonalet. Alt andet var i top! 阅读更多信息
