The hotel surpassed expections given some of the negative reviews on Tripadvisor. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good and included in the price of a standard room- unlike most other hotels I priced. This hotel was friendly and clean and the staff was helpful. The meals for breakfast and dinner were tasty and fresh and reasonably priced. The hotel was fairly close to public transit but a bit too far to walk to the centre of Utrecht. The price of the room was reasonable for what we got.

What you would expect in Holland; I mean friendly, helpful staff with great English! Location was easy to find from the motorway, but not really central for the best restaurants and bars, but a 25 minute walk along the canal was quite interesting. I enjoyed a nice bier and good food in the Winkel and Sinkel in the city.

internet buchung hat super geklappt, personal ist sehr freundlich, lage des hotel gut, nur die nahe gelegene baustelle war nicht so toll. zimmer sehr sauber, wenn auch ziemlich klein, unser großer koffer war echt schwer unterzubringen!

Fint hotel til pengene, fantastisk morgenmad. Smuk gåtur på omkring 20 min. langs smuk kanal ind til midtbyen. Min datter og hendes veninde syntes baren og personale i baren var helt fint :-)

Das Hotel ist Preis/Leistungstechnisch sehr gut! Die Zimmer sind in einem perfekten Zustand und haben keinerlei Anzeichen von enormer Abnutzung. Alles war sauber. Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum Utrechts, aber mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ich empfehle den Parkplatz der Messe Utrecht, max. 12€/Tag. Auch das Personal war 1A. Der […] Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich enorm viel Mühe gemacht uns auch nach Check Out noch eine Möglichkeit zu finden, an einem Sonntag spontan Fahrräder zu mieten, mit Erfolg. Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoeken van Utrecht centrum (minder dan 10 min. per tram, tramhalte op ca. 7 min loopafstand van het hotel) of uitstapjes in de omgeving (binnen 5 min. op snelweg A2).

Habituee aux Ibis, aucun probleme et personnel des plus accueillant... Toutefois un peu loin du centre touristique et pas trop bien desservi. Hotel agreable.

Alletiders personale. Værelset var fint hvis det kun var til en enkelt overnatning. Ved flere overnatninger mangler der f.eks. mulighed for at sidde andre steder end i sengen.

Fidèle à la marque Ibis mais assez loin du centre, en tout cas plus que les 1,2 km indiqué à la réservation

Esta bien situado tanto para business como para leisure, aunque es un poco caro comparado con sus rivales mas directos: Holiday Inn by Express, Mercure o Best Western.

I informasjonsbrosjyren ang frokosten som lå på rommet ble vi gjort klar over at Oktober var "Ostens måned". Så vi bestemte oss derfor for frokost på hotellet. Det viste seg å være en stor skuffelse i forhold til hva vi antok fra brosjyren. Det var 3 oster: Brie: hard og tørr. Gulost: hard og tørr, så tørr at kantene hadde sprukket. Tilbudet av oster […] var mindre enn hva jeg har fått som standard på tilsvarende hotell* tidligere. *pris, beliggenhet osv. Ellers rommet var helt OK, bra bad i forhold til utnyttelse. Sengen var forferdelig: madrassen var hard og puten føltes ut som en flat stoffrull. Jeg vet ikke om madrassen og puten er Nederlandsk standard, men osten kunne definitivt ikke være det. 阅读更多信息

Very nice hotel at the outskirts of Utrecht. 15-20 minutes walk to Central Station Utrecht - or a few minutes by taxi... Nice and friendly staff, very present. The first night we were welcomed with free drinks and dinner due to celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the loyalty program.
