Everything in the hotel was perfect, except for the Air conditioner was not working.

We are very satisfied but I have to say that they assigne us a room in very bad conditions, which was changed after our claim for another that was perfect. My question is why they intend us at the first step to take a room that was not proper?

Although we only stayed one night in the Novotel Beaune, as we were using it as a stopover on the way to Switzerland, we found the hotel excellent. The room was clean and tidy, staff very helpful and although the dining room was very busy we were served very promptly and couretously and had an excellent dinner and breakfast the following morning. Clean, efficient and comfortable. Family room slept 4 and was fine for an overnight stay - would be too cramped for a longer stay.

The Hotel is well placed and easy access from the motorway. However the restaurant is dissapointing we ate there on the way south and again on the way home. The service was slow food unimpressive and the wine far too expensive. We also declined breakfast at Euro 14.50 each!

This hotel is very well placed for an overnight stop if driving to the south. It is just off the autoroute, and the arrival times are very flexible. The room was for 4 of us and it was perfect for our needs. The restaurant was good and the staff were extremely helpful.

Gerne wieder. Guter freundlicher Service in allen Bereichen. Die Zimmer für Frankreich groß bemessen, etwas hellhörig. Die Betten etwas hart aber hier hat jeder einen anderen Maßstab. Safe im Zimmer als echter Pluspunkt. Kostenfreies Parken am Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet für 15 EUR gut und abwechslungsreich.

Nous avons pris une chambre familiale (2adultes/2enfants) pour une nuit. Et en guise de couchage, les enfants ont du se contenter de canapés-lits avec des vieux matelas à ressorts bien fatigués. Même avec le poid d'un enfant cela est très inconfortable. Ils auraient mieux dormi sur un matelas goflable à même de sol. Pour le reste rien à dire, accueil […] soigné, piscine agréable. 阅读更多信息

Hotel: prima Kamer en bed: prima, maar de 2 extra slaapbedden(slaapzetel) op de familiekamer waren erbarmelijk, valt niet op te slapen. In zo'n goed hotel zou je toch verwachten dat ook de slaapzetel van een goede kwaliteit is.

Hôtel bien situé , pas trop éloigné du centre, calme,soigné, personnel attentionné. A recommander .

Tweede keer dat we hier overnacht stoppen op weg naar Zuid Frankrijk. Wederom prima bevallen!

Generelt ikke noget at skrive hjem om. En frontdesk der ikke formåede at yde bare god service. Vores nøglekort fungerede kun til én dag af gangen, det på trods af, at vi havde booket 3 nætter. Overtjeneren i restaurnten var super arrogant og kunne el. ville ikke tale engelsk.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days while visiting Beaune and the area around. While thie hotel was ok for the price, rooms were of a lower standard than the reception and common areas. The biggest drawback for us was the distance from downtown whichc appeared to be further than we thought. zondermeer goed, waaren op doorreis en wij denken dat een langer verblijf in beaume de moeite waart is. en dan is het novotel een aanrader

J'ai séjourné dans cet hotel lors d'un voyage la proximité de l'autoroute était un choix. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas.

Godt og effektivt hotel til en rimelig pris.Velbeliggende med nem tilkørsel fra motorvejen, tæt på byen og omegnen. Kvaliteten er helt i orden, restaurant og service god. Kan anbefales. Vi vi benytte hotellet igen.

Un hôtel agréable et silencieux, chambres à la hauteur du tarif, petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Parking gratuit très arrangeant dans une ville où tout parking est payant. En bref, j'y suis venu et reviendrai!

Wij waren met ons gezin op doorreis naar Nederland. Snelle service. Schoon. Snel bereikbaar vanaf snelweg en toch dichtbij het mooie centrum van Beaune

goed verzorgd, prima ligging, aardig personeel, goede service; goede lokatie voor onze tussenstop van Spanje terug naar huis

Dit hotel is dicht bij de autosnelweg gelegen, dus ideaal op doorreis door Frankrijk. Alles in orde proper hotel.

Keurig hotel! We zijn heel tevreden over dit hotel. De kamer zag er netjes en gezellig uit. Prima bedden en een lekkere douche. Ook het ontbijt buffet was goed verzorgd.

Både perfekt for gennemrejsende og hvis man vil bruge et par dage i Bourgogne. Mindre god restaurant.

zeer matig ontbijt. een gebakken eitje was onmogelijk???aanvullen gebeurde slechts nadat het gevraagd werd.

Bra rum med extrasäng i form av bäddsoffa. Bra badrum. Rent! Bra frukost och bra parkering. Trevligt bemötande.
