No doubt that the locality of the hotel was good however everything else were a negative. Firstly, finding the hotel from the main road/busy shopping street was difficult, and after a few asking around ONLY then we found the hotel. It took us 25 minutes to check in, and I was the next in line but there was only one staff at reception. Certainly not […] the type of nH hotel I am used to?!! Very disappointed! The facilities in the room were old and seasoned. It is a fact that the rooms at the hotel are "everywhere" and some accessible via staircase only. There's no bellboys to help with luggage despite the inefficient number of lifts available. What has happened to the nH standard??? If I visit Vienna again, will I return to nH.. perhaps NOT. 阅读更多信息

The NH Wien was a very comfortable hotel, especially the beds! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is a quick walk to the heart of Vienna, and there is a metro stop right outside the hotel.

Loistava hotelli loistavalla paikalla. Ostoskatu on aivan kulman takana ja metro- sekä bussiyhteydet ovat ihan vieressä. Huoneemme oli todella siisti, ilmastoitu ja iso. Myös aamupala oli runsas, monipuolinen ja maittava. Jokaiselle löytyi jotakin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Olin erittäin positiivisesti yllättynyt! […] Hotellilla on sisäänkäynti kahdelta eri kadulta. MariaHilferin puolella ei ole kovin suurta kylttiä, joten se saattaa jäädä huomaamatta, mutta ainakin taksikuski osasi viedä meidät suoraan lentokentältä heti oikean oven eteen.
