Well the motel had guests that were very loud. There were people men, women, and children swimming in the inside pool at 2 in the morning. They were very loud. The pool is supposed to close at 11 p.m. yet all there people were going in and out. They had the side intrence door (that you have to use a key with to reenter) proped open so they could all […] gon in and out all night and no one ever checked on them. The shower head was leaking at the hose connection and it would spray you right in the face, The ice machine was brkoken and it was hard to get fresh towels. The motel was also under constructiom. The store they advertise that has food you can microwave and candy chips and laundry detrgent was a joke there was nothing to buy in this store. We arrived at the hotel about 9PM. When I entered the lobby to check in, the clerk, who was waiting on another customer, asked what I wanted in a somewhat rude manner. She wasn't very competent at using the computer and it took forever to get this customer checked in. The reception on the TV in the room was very poor. The wrong type coffee packets were […] supplied and the coffee ran out into the tray instead of in the carafe. The next morning we discovered there was no shower curtain! my boy just wanted a pool and hot tub, so we just found the closest one with those. My first room hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest. My second had sticky spots all over the carpet. first let me say the staff and location are great.. but this hotel is loud, people run the halls at all hours. alot of teens rough housing in the pool...all day and night. this hotel had the worst breakfast ever.. and there was mold in the bathroom.. on the ceiling and in the tub. the staff can only work with what they are given...

Great service! Mangement took really great care of us! We need a 3rd room and he mad it happen and fix them so they could be on the 3rd floor. And don't let me forget about the front desk lady . Great attitude . From guest room 321,322,323

We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights, the third night a large group of teenagers rented one room, must have been at least 8 of them. They ran the halls until 3:00 am drinking alcohol and yelling. I called the front desk at 11:00 pm and they said they saw them but did nothing. The group also set the the parking lot grass on fire, we, other guests and I had […] to get up and move our vehicles before they caught fire, it was a large grass fire that lasted more than 15 minutes and was put out by the Memphis Fire Dept., needless to say, the rooms smelled of smoke the rest of the night. Management asked if we had a good time, really.......doesn't anyone there care who they rent o or what they are doing while they are there. This hotel is in a nice area. Our toilet was clogged when we got to our room and they brought a plunger and had US do it. Poor staff training. We found a camera from a previous person in our couch and returned to the desk. no comment. We asked for more blakets since we had 6 in the room and they never brought them.

mold in the shower, not the right room as I reserved, smoke alarm going off at random times....finallt left the property and stayed at another hotel I will not pay for this hotel and niether should Hotel.com

We got 2 rooms for 3 nights, first 2 nights were fine, the third night a bunch of kids rented 1 room, was more than 8 of them, and decided to set the grounds on fire about 12:30 AM, causing many visitors to have to get up and move their cars to avoid the fire burning along the edge of the parking lot - buhhhhh. Then the clan of kids decided to run the […] halls, yelling and drinking beer until 2;30 am. I called the front desk at around 1:00 am and they said they saw them in the halls but didn't do anything about it. The area is nice, maybe if they would screen who they rent to then it would be a recommended place to stay but not from me. The 1st room we had a litte problem but they resolved the solution quickly and the breakfast was hot and there was plenty of food.

Very nice accodations for the price. Staff was very friendly and willing to help where they could. Exceptional friendly service at checkin. Our room was to be on the second floor and the elevator was not working due to a malfunction in the sprinkler system which caused a shutdown. The desk clerk was very helpful in finding a room on the ground floor […] due to my wife's disability and not able to walk the stairs. This even though much work was being done in renovation. This hotel is somewhat older but was accomodating. The bathroom really needs to be updated due to the bathtub, commode, and tile were very worn and outdated. Apparently they were painting the rooms because the paint fumes were VERY STRONG. Other than these details, we did enjoy our stay.

We reserved three King Suites, ours was the only one with no service for the replenishment of towels and toilet paper. That is a big deal, we borrowed paper from the other suites. We were rushing to the airport on Friday morning or I would have mentioned it at checkout. J.S. Mocksville, NC

We made a last minute reservation and knew nothing about the area or hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The pool & hot tub area was very nice also. We really enjoyed the breakfast also. There was an attendant on duty who was very helpful. The hotel had a serious water issue the morning of our visit. The issue was dealt with quickly and […] there was no evidence of a problem by the time we arrived. It was a great value and we would definitely stay there again. Probably the friendliest hotel I have ever met

Clean room, friendly staff!

We live locally but reserved a room for my daughters birthday party and sleepover. There were a few other hotels in the area that we could have stayed at but we had to have an indoor pool and a suite. First i have to say the size of the suite was great, the breakfast was great (hot and cold), staff and manager very friendly. On the down side...the hotel […] could use some updating, furniture looks like 1970's, i could feel the coils from the bed, the indoor pool was way to hot and the hotel is pet friendly so while walking down the hallway i did see a man and his poodle in front of me and witnessed the dog hiking his leg in the hallway which kind of grossed me out. The girls could hardly swim in the pool due to it being so hot..now to me it just felt like a hot bath but they were complaining that is was too hot. I called the front desk clerk and he gave me the managers cell number (which was very friendly) and they said they would turn it down but that it would take a few hours to cool...so we could not do much swimming. I had stayed at this hotel three years ago and found it very nice then as I did on this trip. It is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and interstate 40. The room was spacious and comfortable. A/c did not work properly. Afer 2 hours room temperature had to be close to 90F. They did give us another room but since they leave the a/c units off when unoccupied, it still took a couple more hours to get the room comfortable. Even the third floor hallway was quite warm, especially compared to the first floor. Good location, relatively nice hotel with clean sheets and towels, nice attendants, but the rate did not match the room I got. It was too expensive to just be a slightly oversized room. I was expecting a bedroom with a door to close so my 2 year old could sleep while I visited with my sister in law. Instead we had to hide from her and whisper. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to Wolfchase Galleria Mall and the indoor pool. The Pool was warm and my daughters enjoyed it. There was a small spa pool and a larger pool that was decent sized for young children. The Front Desk service were very nice. They were supposed to call us with some information, but they never did. It was a minor inconvenience […] in my opinion. The things I didn't like were the maids only seem to come by once in a day. We were in the room when they came the first time. I told them to come back later but they never did come back. On another day, I put the card to not replace my sheets on the bed, but they did not make the beds up either. They did change out the towels that day though. The other issue I had was that there was a roach in the tub when we arrived. When we drove up to the hotel, it was covered with tarps. Apparently, several months ago the roof received some tornado damage. The general appearance of the hotel was dingy. Baggage cart were broken, door glass was streaked and dirty. I've seen better accommodations at Motel 6.

Staff was friendly and very accomodating. Neither computers in the business office were working but fromt desk allowed me to use the office PC and printer. Bed was comfortable although the mini kitchen appliances could use a little updating.

Our Hotel Experience Was Really Great! And It Was In A Very Good Area. They Were Helpful And The Hotel Was Very Clean! Plus The Breakfast Was Outstanding! The security made my family feel safe. We give It 5 Stars!

The pool and hot tub were very nice. The location is great,lots of shopping close by and good places to eat as well. I expected there to be more on the breakfast buffet but what they had was good.
