This was a lovely hotel. Really liked the decor and the staff were very friendly. They gave me a great recommendation to a nearby restaurant for dinner and made a reservation for me. Loved the little touches like a (belgium) chocoIate on the pillow, and a note to summarise the next day's weather forecast. I only stayed the one night but would have been […] happy to have stayed longer. The only downside was the room was a bit small. If I wanted to open my suitcase it completely blocked off access to one side of the bed. The smallness of the hotel also meant the fornt desk wasn't always staffed. Will recommend to anyone this small and luxury hotel, which is right at the centre of Bruges. Well maintained with style, with size on the small side. Very helpful staff.

We visited Bruge for the Van Eyck to Durer exhibition and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The Pand Hotel looked after us very well. Central location near the museums and main canal. Breakfast delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice and freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon on the Aga. goed gelegen hotel met een warm, professioneel en sympathiek onthaal.

Aanrader voor een ieder die 1 of meerdere dagen naar Brugge gaat. Hotel ligt centraal gelegen met diverse omliggende eet en drink gelegenheden. Hotel heeft een oud en knus karakter, een zeer gastvriendelijke service en staat op een uitstekende locatie om Brugge te bezichtigen. Doen!

Très agréable établissement à taille humaine Réception et accueil irréprochable, Environnement très calme tout en restant à proximité des canaux et des lieux touristiques remarquables. Personnel serviable, disponible et agreable. Hotel tres propre, romantique et bien situe (a 2 minutes a pied du centre ville et de canaux). Nous etions a Bruges mi-aout, ville tres animees les soirs et tres agreable.

Le meilleur service hôtelier rencontré lors de notre périple entre la France, la Belgique, et la Hollande. La chambre était petite, c'est le seul défaut que nous ayons relevé. Bravo à toute l'équipe de cet hôtel.
