The hotel was too good for the services. Even if the food was not upto the mark but due to its location, we did not find it difficult to find a good place to eat outside. Wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here the next time I plan a trip to Hyd.

I suggest if have to stay at Golkonda Hotel make sure you have printed reservation details from Hotel.com, because I did not and the staff at the hotel front desk was reluctant to give lunch and break fast vouchers though I paid for the package. I stay in Hyderabad for a week every 2 months or so and have tried various hotels. The Golkonda offersgood value for money and is very practical from a business person's point of view. It is not a flash hotel trying to be 5*, it just seems to work when many other more expensive options don't.

We had originally booked at another hotel, but left that one after an hour. As an alternative, a friend recommended the Golkonda. From check in to departure the service was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was clean, the food was tasty and the beer was cheap. In 40 degree heat, who could ask for more.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel by American standards. However, the price was excellent in comparison to others in the area. The carpets are horrible & smelly and the internet was very spotty. However, the service was excellent. Maybe even too good, meaning that housekeeping was constantly around and waiters hovered over you as you ate. A little […] more privacy would have been good. Everyone was very helpful during our 11 day stay. Transportation was easily accessed. The breakfast buffet offered lots to pick from but was pretty much the same each day. Price was better than other nearby hotels of similar quality. Location is in a good part of town but not that conveinient to see local sites for tourists. Then again, Hyderabad is not a tourist town. Left my computer and other valuables with in their checked luggage room and everything was safe. Restaurant food was salty but otherwise good if you like […] Indian food. Had some limited Western style food as well. Very good service at the restaurant and I didn't get sick! On the last day they had to change out a part of the boiler and the water was brown for a few hours. Avoid the Nazarco rent a car travel service as they are very high priced. The metered taxis otherwise known as Radio taxis give a much better rate. The hotel can arrange for you from the Front Desk, NOT the travel desk. A better rate can be had with the local 3 wheel "auto rickshaws" or "tuk- tuks" 阅读更多信息

夫婦二人で宿泊しましたが、バスタオルなどのアメニティーグッズが一人分しか準備されておらず、数日宿泊しましたが、連絡体制がいい加減なのか、単にチップが欲しいからなのか、何度苦情をいっても改善されず、結局最終日まで、連絡しなければ準備されないままでした。 部屋は比較的キレイでしたが、私たちが宿泊した部屋はバスタブが無くシャワーしかありませんでした。 そのシャワールームの排水が悪かったです。
