The staff on duty when we checked in, were very friendly and helpful. We stay here every time we come into Evanston. The breakfast is one of the best.

Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. We checked in very late (2:30am) and the front desk clerk was very attentive and accomodating.

The staff was very friendly. We had a car problem, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even provided a secure room for our luggage when we had to check out prior to our car being ready to go.

Fine for a quick overnight, but the beds are too hard, especially if you are used to a pillow top mattresses. The tub drain was a little clogged; it began to fill with water while taking a shower. Did report it to the front desk upon checkout. There are no elevators for the 2nd floor, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage, then request the 1st floor.
