bad facilities, not worth for the money

I was very, very pleased with Hotel Wallace. The room was extremely big for Paris, the bathroom was big and recently renovated, and our room was off a breezeway overlooking a courtyard which was nice. About four easy, small blocks from two different metro lines (8 and 10). Close to Rue de Commerce which is full of shops (Zara, H&M, Petit Bateau, etc) […] and two snacksmoke stores open late at night. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, 24 hour desk. The room was a little worn, carpet was a little dingy, but I never questioned the cleanliness. My worst hotel experience in 20 years. Run down room on noisy street level with any normal odour camouflaged behind a bombardment of air-freshners. Have not stayed in anything with such a poor price/performance ratio since i travelled around the Philipines. Only positive note is that service and location could have been a lot worse!

Simple but nice. Location is good, parking available (which was important for us), accomodating staff.

The hotel is pleasant but the neighborhood is not as convenient or interesting on its own as I like for a brief visit. for long term, the 15th is a good familiy neighborhood to live in, and this hotel would be cheap enough for a 2 week or so stay.

close to the airport, the hotel is very good. have the van to the airport and the center is 15 minutes by van.

15 minute by walking from hotel to eiffel tower,restourant&bar are near to hotel,metro station 5 min by walking.

After traveling around Europe on a tight budget, I wasn't expecting this hotel to be any nicer than any of my previous hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel is very nice and clean and only about a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and about a 2 minute walk to Avenue Emile Zola Metro station. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

The worker in the front desk was very helpful and supportive, but that is about it. The room was no 3 stars at all, I can not even call it half star.

Comfortable small room, convienent location. Short walk to Metro. Walking distance to Eifel Tower. Good overall hotel experience.

This is definitely a no-frills hotel. Once you accept that, though, it's really a good value for the money. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower in about 15 minutes, and you can be to one of several metro stations in about 3 to 5 minutes. The immediate neighborhood is not great, but not too bad. There are several good restaurants within about a 5 minute […] walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't try the hotel breakfast. The shower in our room was TINY. I literally had to stoop over to get wet, and had almost no room to turn around. Pas de clim, chambres minuscules, bruyantes, sentant le renfermé et n'ayant strictement rien à voir avec les photos du site ! Question propreté : le dessus de lit était sale, le reste était convenable.... Le wifi n'a pas marché, la lampe de chevet non plus... Au petit déjeuner, quelques viennoiseries, du pain limite rassi et de la salade de fruits en […] boite : pour 12, 50€, c'est très limite ! Pelkkänä yöpymispaikkana ihan kelvollinen, tosin huoneissa on ilmeisesti paljon vaihtelua. Langaton verkko on ilmainen, muttei toimi ylimmässä kerroksessa, lisäksi hotellista puuttui kokonaan silitysrauta, vaatteet on vietävä vastapäiseen pesulaan. Lattioissa on vanhahkot kokolattiamatot. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal es muy amable, sin embargo las habitaciones son pequeñas y poco incómodas.

Mauvaise isolation entre les chambres.

Vi mødte en rigtig fin service fra personalet på Hotel Wallace. Vi havde valgt et dobbeltværelse m bad, som viste sig at være helt udmærket, nye senge, masser af tryk på det varme vand, lidt gamle, smånussede gulvtæpper, men alt derudover var pænt og rent, inklusiv senge, madrasser, sengetøj mm. Hôtel rénover salle de bain pas super propre, nous avons eux une chambre juste a coter de l'ascenseur assez bruitent surtout la nuit. petit déjeuner vraiment cher pour se que c'est même pas de viennoiserie! je le recommande pas trop sinon bien placer!

bon sejour ,hotel bien placé pour visiter paris.propre , accueil sympathique.manque certainement les clim pour l'été!! les chambres sont rénovés(quelques petits defauts prises tenues par du scotch).prix des petits déjeuners excessifs. bonne note dans l'ensemble.agréable :box a dispo pour voiture.

Greit hotel med litt sliten standard på enkelte ting. Safen fungerte ikke på vårt rom. Fikk tilbud om å bytte rom, men hadde allerede byttet rom en gang pga beliggenhet ut mot vei i 1. etg. og dette var et rolig rom mot bakgate i 3. etg. The hotel had a very good location, close to the metro. The rooms looked better on the pictures than in reality. The were quite run-down. All the necessary things were available but for that price I would have expected a little bit more. The good thing was that the internet was free, although the signal was not always very good.
