Holiday Inn Express West Point - 蒙哥马利堡

We liked the hotel and location but were unable to access wireless. I was assured by the manager that they are working on it.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was great and our room was gorgeous.

This was clean, comfortable and very convenient to west point. Not swanky, just basic and acceptable. Breakfast was decent. The only thing that was sort of low budget/annoying is those long room airconditioners that make so much noise and that you can never get set just right. Just remodeled! Beautiful inside. Rooms look great and new tvs are really nice. Pool was nice and warm and so was the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

The Holiday Inn is a bit of a drive from the Palasades Pkwy but not too far from West Point. Rooms are clean but the quality flat screen TVs (LG) is not hooked up for high def and has limited stations. Breakfast is limited but adequate if you are not looking for a big meal. The Canturbury Brook Inn (under 15 minutes) is a nice place for dinner.

Basic hotel as good way. Clean, quite a comfortable and easy to locate. Breakfast like these has, at least you will get a cup of coffee to get started.

This hotel is safe, clean and very friendly with all the people there. They provide good hot breakfast. Overall, it is a good place to stay. Below are the things needing improved. - Old TVs - Internet in rooms either not working or very slow - should provide hot water, besides coffee, 24/7

They have no real competition except the Thayer Hotel which is grossly over priced so if you want a clean nice Holiday Inn you have to pay a higher price than it should cost for the area. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on the 4th of July weekend. We had an amazing experience and the staff was very accomodating as well as very pleasing. The service and accomodations were excellent and we're definitely looking forward to our next stay. Very pleased!!!!!

We ate at a BBQ place right next door that serves the best corn bread! The breakfast served by the hotel was tasty and substantial. The kids enjoyed time in the pool. Unfortunately, the hot tub was under construction. Overall, a nice place to stay.

very good room but no vent for bathroom is all we could find not up to standard/good parking and near everything

Got the suite, which was HUGE. Whirlpool was a little dirty looking when we arrived, don't know if it was used/rinsed in a while. Comfortable and clean. Wish the TVs were newer/flat screen and bigger. Also, was given a first floor room, and the blinds dont really close except the outer layer which is pretty much translucent. Good room overall.

What a wonderful time. The Hotel was great. Top Notch breakfast every morning. And the Sauna and Heated pool was great to warm up in on cold nights.

Buyer beware! Photos are definitely not as they seem. The outside photo portrays that the hotel is new, it is clearly not new. A new coat of paint does not make a new hotel. The hotel choices in and around West Point are slim, however I would not recommend this hotel unless no other choice is available. The room is clean and ok but front desk staff is not family friendly. We had couple families went together with kids and asked to put as close as possible, but they seperate us in purpose to all different floors and told us there is no two rooms at the same floor. After one of families get to the room and found it is a smoking room (we reserved non-smoking […] room) so asked to change the room, they were changed to the same floor close by to other family. Very convenient to the US Military Academy. Staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed. Clean rooms. We'll stay there again.

No Frills and close to west point

Everything was above expectation for the price paid. Clean, friendly staff, good amenities, good breakfast. Had a very pleasant experience.
