和老公去住，很新，重新装修过的房间。17层，大窗，房间算大，浴室很漂亮，对面有灯光公共泳馆，徝得再去。交通还可以，出了沙田，小巴，打车都oK。起步价到了。

这是第二次入住，第一次入住非常开心，这次就不怎么顺利，我们在hotels定了豪华房，特别备注了两张双人床，去了才发现没有，给了我们两张单人床，因为我们是两个大人两个小孩，没办法只能跟酒店交涉，我们打印了网站订单给与证明，酒店才给我们调换了房。 房间俨然是没有经过重装修的，屋中有一股很重的气味，之后马桶不能抽水，风筒没有风，电视没有信号，简直无语，主要当天玩的太累了，实在没力气去交涉了，忍了……

酒店周边环境美丽安静，房间舒适整洁，早餐丰富，感觉很好，价位适中，下次去还会选择这家。

下午三点到的酒店。入住登记排长队，由于定的是CLUB FLOOR,于是询问服务员能否到CLUB FLOOR check in，答曰，不可。排到时又说，应该去CLUB FLOOR。 入住登记2人，发现只有1件浴袍，一双拖鞋，前台，HOUSE KEEPING永远没有人接，下楼跟前台要，过了45分钟仍未送到，打电话给值班经理投诉，倒是马上送来了，可惜只有拖鞋，没有浴袍。 浴室的设计只能盆浴，不适合淋浴，因为没有浴帘，只有一半的玻璃，会溅的到处都是。 房间倒是挺大，挺新。醒目的地方放着收费限制台的广告。 永远不会再次光顾的酒店。

酒店附近有很多吃的，也有便利店和屈臣氏在附近。 酒店有免费大巴接送去机场，但是是要跟前台拿票的，有的房间有票，有的房间没有票，不知道区分的标准是什么，我们定的房间就都没有票。没有票的每人要交120块港币。（如果是四个人或者三个人出现，建议在没有大巴票的情况下搭乘出租车，前台也是这么建议的。搭乘出租车要大概270左右港币，当然有可能增多，视路况而定，但是其实堵车的几率真小，去机场的路，如果没有限速，大部分路还真可以飙车都不怕撞车） 我们是八点去机场的，路况非常好。其他时段就不清楚了。 酒店的单间空间很大（貌似酒店的空间都是一样的）我们还订了一个四人间，不过不是图片上的四张床，而是双人床再加床。（有可能是因为我们要求单间和四人间在同一层） 加床不知道是不是没有棉被可以加，我跟服务员要棉被，没要到 […] ，但是可能是她理解错我的话，而我又没有强烈再次要求吧。 其余的都还可以，服务员的态度也是不错的，特别是大堂有位大叔态度非常非常好。 阅读更多信息

酒店位置不错，周边环境也很好，酒店外观什么的看起来相当气派，但是内部和外部装潢相当不符，房间比较老旧，房间通风很不好，烟味及奇怪的味道比较大。入住的第一天晚上遇到的那个值班服务员不知是受了什么刺激还是本身就这样，态度傲慢，说话毫不客气，对我们大陆人连讽刺带挖苦的，我说一句，她能嘟嘟拉拉回我几十句，不知道的以为我们欠她什么东西似的。在这里与行程期间遇到的香港好心人和入住其他酒店时的服务质量形成了鲜明的对比，让我们对此家酒店的印象大打折扣。别说在香港了，就是在我们内地也很少找这样服务态度的。要不是在外地不想找麻烦，不然绝对就去投诉了，在北京，这样的情况投诉的话绝对一投一个准。下次不会再去的酒店。

到预定的SAT考场只需步行.沿河散步很舒服.风景不错,楼下吃饭也很方便. 房间小,用了很多玻璃做间隔,还有镜子反射,看起来不那么小,床单洁净.

当晚去到，刚好碰到游旅行团入住，登记就用了比较长时间。本来已经预定好无烟楼层，但去到无烟楼层发现一股烟味。打电话到前台要求换房，只是说让清洁的上来再搞搞，其实就是喷点空气清新剂，再打开门通风一下。10来分钟以后，没味道了。 第二天退房，也要排队。感觉效率有点低。 总的来说，对于这个价格，算是不错了。

酒店整体环境不错，干净舒适，楼下有各类餐厅，附近有小食店，临河边，环境舒适，有公交在楼下，坐一站公交到东铁线

去购物商场或者坐地铁去观光游玩都需要乘搭接驳巴士出去，20分钟一班，我觉得不够方便。周围没什么好去处，到这么多次香港，这是唯一一次不逛街的，因为周围没街可逛。 酒店里面的食肆还是挺多的，自助也不错，住客六折就好了，因为会员也有半价。 酒店的设施有点老旧，尚算干净，宽敞。 如果有足够时间旅游的话，这家的性价比还是挺高的。

有穿梭巴士出商场很好，从新城市广场回酒店步行较远、打车不用跳表，中端价位房价时值得推荐。

We are extremely happy with the selection. The rooms are much bigger than Hong Kong's and it is very quite. The location is only a short ride from the train station with easy access to Hong Kong & Kowloon. Only setback is the shuttle service stops at 7pm and prior to arrival, we didn;t know about the service and took the cab which is only $16 H.K.

酒店服务态度\入住条件各方面都很好,就是一楼的貌似叫什么"月亮"的快餐小店有点不尽人意,我们在那里吃饭的时候,放在桌上的两个装饰扣(很大),离开的时候忘了带走,等我们大约十分钟后想起,再回小店去取,已经没有了,关键是那里的服务员还有点不耐烦,遗憾!

Room is large if compared with most in Hongkong. Rate is always the most competitive. Will stay again.

can not control the smoking although we lived in non-smoking level. Still have some one smoked in their room and they can not cotrol.

their constant pounding and drilling noise between 9 and 6 could be very annoying. their is no way around it but staff not informed about what floor that they are working on, sad! they are not even dropping their rate during the remodeling process, go figure!

Cashier charged me $50 at check out for failing to return room card

Clean rooms, professional & helpful staff, great restaurants, nice location next to the river and close to the malls / MTR east Sha Tin stop.

Refurbishment going on after 10am in the morning in some parts of the hotel. You will pay over the top rates for a building site experience If you want a quiet day don't stay in the Regal Regent On request they moved me to a room else ware in the hotel

It is a good and comfortable hotel. And have a good price and convenicnce to booking from Hotels.com.

This is in a very nice location away from the hustle bustle of HK. Great shuttle buses to everywhere, on the river. and had everything- very close to 4 stars in my opinion.

Front desk staff without a good product knowledge. Different staff have different answer with same question which is make the guest feel so confused and annoying. Any requested by email, which is they confrimed with me already, but when u arrived, nothing in room. In addition, the staff was took like 15 mins just for check out. It's too much.

Bad experience when requesting for a late check out, was initially granted of request but later rejected by a return call. The front desk not only declined my request, she even suggested me to extend 1 more night stay. Why would i want to extend 1 more night when i merely needs another 20 mins?! One particular duty manager kept ignoring my existence […] many times when standing at the front door. This hotel service staffs have no basic greeting courtesy, even when waiting for Taxi, they are busy talking to each others than coming over to ask what do we needs. Very disappointing. 阅读更多信息

Regal Riverside Hotel is absolutely a place you should be when in Hong Kong!!! Me and my family would like to visit and come back there again....soon! Keep up the good work!

The Hotel was very comfy and service excellent. The staff very courteous . The location is peaceful, idyllic but pretty remote.......

Good riverside view, convenience, clean, and affortable.

The Hotel is in a bad condition considering the price they charge. The bath tub was rusty, the toilet bowl overflow n flooded the toilet a couple of times after flushed. Call for help and waited for half an hr before someone came and did not clean up the toilet properly. The receptionist is pretty rude with attitude. And the hotel was being located […] quite far away from train station, although there is bus services provided by the hotel, but the bus came 20 mins once, and it's always long queue. Each time the bus can oni pick ard 16 passengers which result in long wait. The breakfast choices are limited and everyday is exactly the same food with 0 changes. My 5 days stay with my family are horrible. Will not recommend to anyone unless u opt for unpleasant stay. Worst experience! 阅读更多信息
