博多地产酒店 (Chisun Hotel Hakata) - 福冈

A basic clean hotel in a very convenient location if you want to stay near the Hakata station. Found the bathroom way too small and I am very petite. Like most hotels in Japan, they are strict with their check in times so don't expect to check in before 3pm even if you arrive in the early morning. You can however leave your bags at the hotel.

The hotel is rather close to the JR shinkansen station of Hakata, about 5 min walk. It is also in between two subway stops. So rather strategically placed if like us you are planning to use quite the shinkansen to visit diofferent cities. First trip to Japan and stayed here after flying into Fukuoka airport and agian on the way back.Took the underground to Hakata which is theJR Shinkansen station- and so much more! great shopping etc. Only 2 stops on the underground and an easy 10 min walk to the hotel- even with luggage. My one complaint is that the print out said that check-in was at 2:00 and they would not let us check in until 3:00. It was cold and rainy and we had to stand in the lobby until 3:00 since there were only two chairs that were taken. They did offer to hold our bags but it was raining and we wanted to relax until going out for dinner. Overall very clean, […] nice staff, and small and efficient. The hotel is literally at the door-step of Canal City Hakata and within easy walking access to Tenjin and JR Hakata Station. One can also experience dining in a yatai nearby. Easy walking distance to Hakata station. Rooms are quite small but in good condition. Very reasonably priced.

I would stay at Chisun again. It is just across the street from Canal City, a big, beautiful shopping center. Busses run just in front of the hotel and it is close to Hakata Staton. It is very easy to get to temples and Japanese gardens by bus. The room was small but clean. I had TV and internet. Perfect for my needs.

Stayed here a couple of times now and everytime has been enjoyable. The room was spotless clean, the hotel staff spoken excellent English and were very helpful. Clean and well-equiped room. Helpful Service Staff who speaks good English. Good location, with approximately 10 minutes walk to Hakata Station and Canal City.

5 minute walk to Hakata train station & post office. 15 minute walk to Canal City area & 'yahtai'. 4-5 minute walk to Gion station. Clean, comfortable rooms & beds (I am over 6'2") Just an all around great place.(my Japanese consists of approx. 8 words, but we got by)

Having stayed in a few Chisun hotels in Japan I now actively seek them out as they not only tend to have low rates but also an even, high standard. This one in Hakata is no exception. Very nice and clean room, modern, relatively spacious for Japan (I stayed in a single), close to the main train station. Excellent free wired Internet for laptops.

少し古い建物なんだろうなと言う感じはしますが、快適に過ごせました。フロントの方も丁寧に対応してくださいました。

하카타역과 캐널시티를 도보로 이용가능하다는 장점. 하지만 체크인 시각이 오후3시 체크아웃 시간이 오전10시인 것이 단점. 그리고 화장실이 조금 좁네요^^

여행시 호텔 선택할때, 접근성을 가장 보는데, 캐널시티에서 5분, 하카타역도 5-10분내로 가능해서 접근성은 최고에요. 객실도 후쿠오카라서 그런지, 나름 넓찍하구요 새건물처럼 깨끗합니다 이 가격대에서는 추천

하카타역에서 멀다는 의견이 있는데 멀지 않고 가깝다고 생각합니다. 교통은 나쁘지 않았는데 저는 큐슈산큐패스를 이용했는데 버스가 텐진을 들렸다가 가니 시간상 손해보는 느낌도 있더군요. 방은 비즈니스 호텔이니 작은 건 뭐 감수해야죠.

하카타역에서 대략 200-300m 떨어진 위치 커넬시티 동관 100m 근처에 위치 비지니스 호텔로 가격대비 좋음 프론터에 한국인 직원이 있어 친절함.

インターネットフリーとなっていたが、ネットが一切繋がらず困りました

길 건너편에 커널시티 이스트 빌딩(신축)이 있고, 걸어서 5분 거리에 하카타 역이 있습니다. 구시다 신사까지 걸어서 5분 정도?.. 텐진까지 가는 버스도 부근에 서고 바로 밑에 패밀리마트, 건너편에 세븐일레븐이 있고, 3, 4분 거리에 구루메시티(24시간 큰 마트)가 있어 음식 조달에 전혀 어려움이 없습니다. 하카타 역에서 조금 걸어야 하긴 하지만 5분 남짓이니 걸을만 합니다. 역 부근보다 저렴한 가격에 교통도 편리하고 위치도 좋아서 강추 합니다! 다만, 오사카의 치산 인 혼마치보다 다소 좁은 것이 흠이라면 흠입니다.

조식 없는 패키지로 예약했는데 저흰 만족했어요. 어차피 아침에 일찍 나가야해서 그냥 싼 값에 예약하는게 더 이익일 것 같았거든요. 밤에 복도에 아이들이 엄청나게 뛰어 놀았었는데 데스크에 얘기해도 저지해 주지 않더군요. 그건 좀 실망스러웠어요.

博多駅からは少し歩きますが、キャナルシティのすぐそばで観光には便利です。 中洲からも歩ける範囲です。 お部屋も清潔でした。

하카타역에서 도보로 5분 정도 걸렸구요; 캐널시티가 바로 앞에 있어서 접근성이 굉장히 좋았습니다. 근데 예전에 왔을때 조식이 참 맛있어서 신청했엇는데 이번에는 12월30일이라서 그런지 2층의 회의실 같은데서 먹었는데 별로 였습니다.

일단 하카타역과 canal city의 중간에 입지해 있어 번화가로 나가기 매우 편한 위치에 있습니다. 일본 비즈니스 호텔에 처음 가봤는데 듣던 대로 방은 좁습니다. 하지만 상당히 깨끗한 편이고요. 조식은 가격에 비해 별로라서 추천해드리고 싶지 않습니다. 다시 갈 거냐고 물으시면.. 좀 더 넓은 방으로는 갈만하다고 생각됩니다. 프론트에 계신 분들이 모두 한국어나 영어를 잘 하는 사람들이 아니라서 미리 이멜로 오는 접수증을 출력해가시는 게 좋을 겁니다. 다만 굉장히 친절하긴 하세요.

전체적인 위치나 객실 청결도 및 직원의 친절함은 좋으나 객실밖의 소음이 유입됩니다 캐널시티와 접해있어 쇼핑하기 좋음 가격대비 추천

比相像中好, 價錢合理, 房間比較細, 但純白色佈置感覺舒適, 隔條馬路就到大型商場, 去JR站就大概5分鍾

캐널시티와 매우 가까워서 이용하기 편리했습니다. 하카타역에서도 조금 거리가 있었지만 찾아가기 쉬웠고 근처에 편의점등도 많아서 너무 좋았습니다. 가장 좋았던건 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨습니다. 그러나 화장실이 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만 가격면이나 위치에서 매우 만족하였기 때문에, 후쿠오카 캐널시티가 주요 목적이라면 꼭 치선호텔을 이용하세요! 아주 편리합니다~^^

由於酒店位位於市中心, 晚上比較嘈. 但位置方便, 由酒店步行去博多station 都係10分鐘, 步行天神就15-20分鐘~ 房間乾淨, 不過面積比較細...

후쿠오카에 갈 때마다 치산에 묵는데요.. 방이 좁은건 일본 비즈니스 호텔들의 특징이니 어쩔수 없고..주위 환경이 아주 좋습니다. 캐널시티가 확장 공사를 해서 호텔 대각선쪽에 바로 연결되어 있고..맛있는 우동집도 있습니다. 역에서 찾기도 어려운 위치가 아닙니다.

Las alfombras de las habitaciones estan muy sucias.

隣、向えの客室の外国人客が夜遅くまで騒がしかった。

후쿠오카는 처음방문이라 우선 도심에서 가까운 곳으로 해야 할것 같아서 치산호텔로 결정을 했는데요 결과적으로 너무 만족스런 선택이었습니다 우선 하카타역과 캐널시티의 중간에 위치하고 있어 모두 도보로 이동가능했구요. 백엔버스가 지나가는 길목이라 하카타역까지도 가깝지만 거기까지 가지 않아도 모두 이동가능하였습니다. 전에 이용하셨던분들이 세미더블은 조금 작다고 하여 전 그냥 더블로 예약했는데요 일본 비지니스호텔이 다그렇듯 방은 너무 작고 더작은 화장실에 깜딱 놀랬지만 전혀 어려움없이 이용을 했습니다. 방은 작았지만 있을거 다 있었고 재 방문을 한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶습니다

el hotel esta bastante bien. hay que decir que es algo viejo, pero para una noche es más que correcto. fui con una amiga y cogimos una cama doble y la verdad es que era bastante grande y teniamos sitio de sobra para las maletas y aun poder movernos. está bastante cerca de la estacion de tren y es facil de encontrar, ya que es una calle principal. 3박을 묵었는데.. 처음 찾아갈땐 생각보다 하카타역에서 멀어서.. 좀 당황했었어요..ㅎㅎ 가도가도 호텔이 안나오는..-_-; 잘 찾아가긴했지만.. 하카타역위주로 움직이실 분들한텐 비추. 저는 주로 캐널시티랑 텐진쪽 도보로 많이 돌아다녀서.. 치산호텔이 좋았어요. 근처에 구루메시티라고.. 수퍼같은것이 있어서.. 혼자 저녁엔 도시락 사서 뎁혀서 호텔 들고와서 먹었구요.. 음료들도 편의점보다 저렴해서.. 거기서 사서 호텔냉장고에 얼려서 갖고다니고 그랬어요. 그런데 예약할때 분명 조식이 있다고 알고있었는데.. 프론트에서 조식은 별도라고 하더라구요. 짧은 일본어로.. 항의해봤자라서 그냥 포기하고 안먹었어요.ㅠ

객실청결이랑 편안함이 아주 좋았습니다. 매일 여행후 지친몸을 이끌고 숙소에 돌아왔을때 깨끗하게 정리되어 있는 객실을 보면 기분이 안정되는 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다. 가격도 비지니스 호텔이어서 만족스럽고 주변도 얌전하신 분들만 오셔서 그런지 조용하고 좋았는데 너무 깨끗하게 치워버리는 바람에 테이블 위에 뒀던 정품 시계 인증서와 케이스를 버려버리셨더군요. 되찾을 방법이 없어서 포기했지만 좀 신경써줬으면 좋겠더군요... 스레기통에 있는것 외에는 가능한 손을 안됐으면 했는데 아쉽게도 그걸 버려서... 그래도 여행와서 그것 때문에 즐거운 여행을 망치기 싫어서 빨리 잊고 여행에 집중했지만 역시 돌아오니 제일 먼저 생각 나더군요. […] .. 阅读更多信息

離JR博多站約10分鐘距離，不算風別方便，但勝在遠離鬧區，頗寧靜。而且距離Canal City、中州川端、屋台等旺區亦是約10分鐘距離，可以省卻搭地鐵的車費，所以地理位置上亦有其好處。房間雖小，但一應俱備，值得推介。

I stayed here for 3 days, and satisfied with it. It was located near from Hakata Station, so it took about 10 minutes by walking from Hakata satation. But one of the problem of this hotel is, Housekeeping service was really terrible, the refrigerator wasn't working and, they even cleaned up the cups which I used. In addition there were many things I […] complained. But because the price was affordable, so I should satisfied with the hotel. 가격대비 편리성과 깔끔함이 짱 역과 가까와서 좋고 걸어서 카날시티나 텐진까지도 갈 수 있다. 아침 식사는 치산호텔의 추천거리, 대신 매일 먹는 것은 조금 물린다. 부페가 늘 그렇듯이. 침대 베개가 좀 높아서 높은 베개 싫어하는 사람은 좀 곤란할 듯
