Rooms are basic and looking a little tired now. Old-school CRT TV when most other chains have a flat-screen nowadays. Hotel location is sub-par, it is on its own down a side street, opposite a questionable neighborhood. Probably worth traveling a little way east on Gibson to the Econolodge and others. Hot water was slow to arrive in our room but this […] may not be typical. Price not low enough to justify a stay here, seems within a few $$ of better places. Very well kept hotel, breakfast was good

We found the service to be excellent, and the people at the desk very, very friendly and accommodating. We would definetely stay there again!

tried the hotel but will not stay there again. There was nothing special about it. It is sort of isolated, have to drive to get anywhere but close to freeway. Bed was not that comfortable.

When I booked the hotel I thought I was getting a suite. We had our daughter who is 15 months old so needed some space for the crib. No space. We requested the room that had reserved and they said this was the biggest room. They were very nice there and did recommend a great restaurant to get some authentic new Mexican food. Very nice hotel to stay at for the price in Albuquerque

Unexceptable! Only got 2 to 3 hours of sleep due to a large group of people in the next room. This group had multiple rooms and went back and forth from room to room, doors slamming, loud conversations, shouting and running in the halls. The walls are thin so you could hear conversations clearly. Ear plugs and pillows still couldn't drown out the noise!!! […] Complaints to the front desk starting at 11:30 pm but nothing was done! Finally at 2 am management requested they be quiet. That only lasted until 5 am when they started in again. I complained in person at the front desk and was told they would compensate me for a miserable stay and asked for my e-mail......I have not received anything from the hotel. Empty promise! Definitely WONT stay there again or recommend it. Would much rather pay a higher rate at a better hotel anywhere else. 阅读更多信息

The breakfast lacked appeal. However, the coffee was very good! The main thing was the overall appeal of the overall meal. Biscuits and gravy would have helped.

Is it too much to ask for the only conservative news channel be offered at hotels/motels?

When I fly our of our airport I often take early morning flights both in and out so find that it is so much better to spend the night near the airport. I live only an hour from airport but just find it more relaxed way to travel. THis hotel is my favorite for that purpose and this time it was in route to visit a bird refuge the next morning.

Walls are very thin and being able to hear the bathroom fan from the next room. Could people outside the hotel talking.

My main objection is: thin walls on the rooms. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing.

If you want a hotel close to the airport, Country Suites works well. Their format is spacious -like getting 2 rooms separated by french doors. Only wish there had been a couch in the living room portion - hard to sleep in a wing chair if you are a snorer trying to give your family some relief in the other room.

Loved the warm cookies and lending library! Staff was helpful and very accomodating. Location convenient to airport and downtown.

The hotel was very nice. Best part, it had a free van to the festival that ran every half hour. Takes you right to the festival in 20 minutes.

From past reviews I was worried about the location, it seem safe to us. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Room was convenient to airport, very clean, roomy, the breakfast was great and the price was right.

I found this hotel by reading the reviews, and I decided to try it because of the great price and the reviews. The room was very clean. When we got there the computer system was down and the young man at the front desk was very nice. He acually went to see which rooms were available. Would stay there again/

This is a nice hotel. Not too sure about the surrounding area, but it is probably ok. Loved the stay and really loved the adjustable shower head that really is adjustable.

I would stay again, The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good, lots of items to choose. Great price and close to the Airport.

Very outdated property. Front desk clerk was rude and unresponsive at check-in. She had her own children running around the lobby playing on the computer. The room could have been from the 1970s. Just there for one night. It was weirdly placed in a Residential area. Still close to the airport and did its job.

very nice staff, the only problem encountered was noise when next room used shower, there seems to be a need for sound barrier. I turned up the volume on the TV co compensate.

limited time on usage computer to 15 min.or install another computer front desk should have a local map or directions to or from hotel

Hotel was average. I signed up for a "Superior Double Queen" room. I was expecting a larger room with a sitting area (couch, table, etc). What Premium means is a stand alone mini-fridge and microwave stacked on top. Not work the extra cost.

The curtains in the room were too small for the windows and therefore let in the sunrise Wat too Early, even with them fully drawn.
