We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel located in the old city (vieux Lyon). The building is fantastically atmospheric and our room was spacious with a large bath. There is a sauna, small fitness room and small pool to which guests have free access, robes and towels. There is also a small terraced garden with sun lounges, tables etc which is […] charming. The staff were extremely helpful, especially chief concierge Gerard and his colleague Jean Pierre, both of whom gave excellent directions and recommendations for sight seeing and eating. The hotel itself has a restaurant gastronomique which, although not cheap, was excellent - again great service, particularly from the sommelier. There is also a more inexpensive cafe which we found excellent. We travelled by train and took a taxi to and from the TGV station, which is a 15 to 20 minute trip depending on traffic. It is possible to reach by local public transport from the TGV station but we had large suitcases and did not want to attempt this after a day of travelling. If you are driving, you may want good directions before time as the location is in a complex of narrow streets in the old town. However, this is also one of the reasons that it had such charm and atmosphere. It was a short walk to the nearest local metro station and St Jean's cathedral, and a slightly longer walk (or short metro or funicular ride) to Place Bellecour in the centre of the new town and to the basilica and Roman ruins at Fouvriere. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel and the wonderful staff!! So friendly, helpful and professional without the snobbery. The concierge was the most wonderufl and helpful man..GERARD!!! Very small rooms in this historic building. 1st night we had to move rooms because the air conditioner was not working and there were no windows to open, and this was in October with 50 degree weather. Can't complain because they did move us to a suite. The best concierge we have EVER had, Gerrard, and his 2 coherts were worth the stay. We treated my parent to 3 nights stay in Lyon for their golden wedding anniversary. This hotel ticked all the boxes in terms of quality and location. Set in the heart of the gastronomic district. All staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Thank you.

This hotel met and exceeded expectations. The public spaces were dramatic and appealing, the location was optimal and the outdoor (four level terraced) gardens were an unexpected treat. Uniikki hotelli, jossa erinomainen palvelu ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti kävelykujalla, ei liikenteen melua. Silti kävelymatka lähes joka paikkaan. Jokainen huone erilainen, romanttisesti sisustettu. Siistit ja hyvin varustellut hotellihuoneet.Sisäpihalla pieni puutarha-alue oleskeluryhmineen. Ravintolatilat katetulla sisäpihalla.

L'acceuil est très agréable et trés professionnel. Le concierge nous a indiqué gentiment divers parcours à suivre dans Lyon. Hotel splendide et spa agréable.

isolation phonique inexistante, confort de la literie très moyen, décoration d'un autre âge, robinetterie des années 80, pas de vue, petite chambre, attente à l'enregistrement ... C'est clair : la prestation n'est pas à l'auteur des 4 étoiles affichées. Par contre le tarif...

L'hôtel est très bien placé, le bâtiment est magnifique, le service hotelier satisfaisant. Toutefois, nous avions choisi la mezzanine et nous avons été déçu. D'une part ce type de chambre est petit, sombre et surtout pour celle située en façade de l'hotel, très bruyante. L'insonorisation avec la route devant est médiocre et avec les chambres voisines […] quasi inexistante. Quel dommage!! Le confort n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu. La robinetterie de la baignoire était cassé, les peignoirs n'étaient pas changés tous les jours...Personne dans la partie SPA (où ni le sauna, ni le hammam ne fonctionnaient). 阅读更多信息

Un accueil chaleureux, une chambre (mezzanine) tres originale. Meme si l'espace est limité dans ces chambres, c'est parfait pour un WE. La clim est un peu bruyante. Et il faut se donner beaucoup de mal pour se repérer parmi la multitude d'interrupteurs avant de trouver le bon. Un cadre vraiment plein de charme, belle déco. Un très bel hotel, avec beaucoup de charme. La chambre était très confortable avec un petit bémol lors de notre séjour: la climatisation et le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas ! Personnel extrèmement serviable et à l'écoute. A recommander pour un week end romantique !

Cour des Loges ligt in een beschermd gebied (Unesco Werelderfgoed) en dat is niet voor niets. Lyon is prachtig van deze kant bezien, en dit hotel ligt perfect geplaatst om ervan te genieten. Le petit déjeuner et la restauration ne valent pas un 4 étoiles et trop cher en terme de rapport qualité/prix. La salle de bain est jolie mais complétement inadaptée sur un séjour.
