Hotel was clean breakfast really good although no hot food. Hotel is within walking distance to train station and sightseeing excursions also old town and cable car. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.

I was very dissapointed with the hotel, the room was suposed to be superior, but didnt even have a bin or a hotel information file in the room. The room was clean but very very basic. There was a price list for the mini bar but the fridge was empty. I was using the hotel for business and wanted room service. Innsbruck is a great town w good skiing & hiking. Love it. Hotel Grauer Baer is a great hotel in good location. The service was utterly cold. They don't care about non-Deutsch guests.

Second time at Grauer Baer was not as comforable as the first time. Room was small. Hard to move with around with suitcases and the shower door was broken.

Easy in, Convenient to City Center, Easy Out. Rate was acceptable.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and beautiful. Rooms were nice too a little stuffy but nothing an open window wont fix. Pillows were very uncomfortable and flat hence the 3 rating for comfort of room. Breakfast buffet very nice, everything you could want. WE booked New Years Eve Gala 5 course meal which was superb. Hotel is in centre of Innsbruck so […] perfect for sightseeing. Also a 10 minute walk from the Congress station where you can get the train to the top of hte mountain even if you do not ski (like us) the views are increadible! We were traveling with our 5 year old grand daugher. When we checked in, we asked about a roll away bed or someother place for her to sleep since we booked the reservation for two adults. Zimmer relativ schön, ausser das Bad etwas gar gewöhnungsbedürftig (die Armaturen waren schon etwas gar alt und auch die Dusche hat schon bessere Tag hinter sich). Ansonsten völlig ausreichend für ein paar (2-3) Nächte. Auch das Frühstück war ganz gut, der Service war meistens freundlich uns zuvorkommend. いろいろなサイトのレビューでベッドバグの話が 出ていたのでちょっとびびってましたが、まったく でませんでした。 ちなみに部屋は、１２７号室です。 ホテルの予約をしていたのに、当日入っていなかったようですが、スタッフが迅速な対応で泊まれるようにしてくれました。 ガレージ駐車場は狭いので大型車の人にはちょっと厳しいかもしれません。

Het hotel ligt op 8 á 15 minuten (met koffers) lopen van het Hbf. Aan het randje van de gezellige binnenstad heeft het een uitstekende ligging. Het zwembad is klein, maar wel leuk verlicht en de sauna is prima. Het ontbijt is goed, maar het wel iets meer fruit mogen hebben. Voor de rest prima hotel met een redelijke prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, ist gut erreichbar und offeriert ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personl ist gewohnt serviceorientiert, mein Zimmer top in Ordnung. Gratis WLAN ist hier vorhanden, was für mich leider in vielen Häusern immer noch nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Graue Bär ist mein präferiertes Hotel in Innsbruck.

Fine rom, bra service, sentralt, egen garasje (liten), velvære avd. med trimrom og svømmebasseng på taket med fin utsikt til fjellene og byen. Anbefales.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel an guter Lage. Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem wird ein reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück serviert. Das Hotel kann ich mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gut gelegens Hotel mit Garage. Leider sind die Zimmer nicht alle auf neuestem Stand, jedoch sehr sauber und gross. Der Poolbereich und das SPA sind sehr schön! Sehr feines Frühstück! J'ai adoré Innsbruck, l'accueil des Autrichiens, la zenitude et la propreté qui règnent dans cette petite ville. Hotel tres bien placé par rapport au CV historique, au centre de congrès.... Rien à dire: c'était top!

Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel, schon aufgrund seiner Lage, sicherlich weiter zu empfehlen. Das ansprechend eingerichtete DZ war sehr geräumig, sauber und ruhig (lag im hinteren Trakt, weg von der Strasse und weit entfernt vom Aufzug). Das Frühstücksangebot war völlig ausreichend, das fertige Rührei für meine Begriffe allerdings, und das leider jeden […] Morgen, zu flüssig. Das Schwimmbad und der Saunabereich waren zwar nicht besonders groß, aber O.K. Der Fitnessbereich hingegen war für meine Belange nicht ausreichend (nur ein paar wenige Geräte). Zu bemängeln ist allerdings unbestritten der Service in diesem Hotel. An der Rezeption hatte ich nicht das Gefühl, außer beim Einchecken um 8 Uhr in der Früh , die volle Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen. Es lief alles etwas zu hektisch und unprofessionell ab, sobald mehrere Gäste anwesend waren. Der Service wirkte überfordert, gereizt, unhöflich und unfreundlich Ähnlich schlecht war der Service im Frühstücksraum. Am letzten Morgen war es uns kaum möglich einen Tisch zu bekommen. Überall, wo wir uns versuchten hin zu setzen, tauchte der Service auf und vertrieb uns mit der Begründung, dass der Tisch für eine große Reisegruppe reserviert wäre. Es wurde uns kein freier Platz zugewiesen, sondern der Service sah seine Aufgabe ausschließlich darin, die Tische für die Gruppe freizuhalten; was mit den anderen Gästen war, schien ihn in keinster Weise zu tangieren. Nach langem Suchen und Fragen erbarmte sich dann endlich eine nette Dame, ebenfalls vom Service, und gab uns einen Tisch. Für das Parken für 6 Stunden wurde ein Preis von 10 Euro berechnet; zum Vergleich: 1 Tag = 24 Stunden kosten 12 Euro laut Hotelbeschreibung - kein Kommentar! 阅读更多信息

The hotel is located sentrally in Innsbruck. Hotel has an ok brekfast (compared to Norwegian standard). The rooms are good sized and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly.
