Best Western Seven Seas - 圣地亚哥

我住的比较靠里，房间里的wifi根本就不行，显示连上了，但却什么都干不了，得在房间外面才行。

Walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors conversations clearly. Couldn't really sleep cause of that. But overall a good place to stay (no more than 1 night) near the mall and other great places.

We were just taking a weekend vacation and wanted something closer than our last stay in the San Diego area, El Cajon, and this was perfect. Only about 15 min from the beaches and about the same to the zoo. The hotel staf was friendly and the room was clean. Only think about the room was the faucet was difficult to turn off all the way and would hiss […] until you adjusted it. It was a Great location just off the I8 close to I5. The food selection was limited but if you just needed something they had there own restaurant. The cleaning staff was awesome. On our travels to make sleeping easier we bring our own pillow and blanket, when the cleaning staff came in to make the bed and clean up a bit they used our pillow and blanket tha were left on the bed to help make the bed. This is the second time we have stayed there. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are clean. There is plenty of parking. This is an awesome hotel.

Though a bit tricky to get to, it's always well worth the effort. Very comfortable clean and nicely decorated rooms. Also offers clean spas and pool and kindly accomodated overnight parking for our 18ft. sailboat! Beautiful landscaping too.We always find ourselves coming back on stopover to San Diego and ocean.Thank You

ROAD REPAIR ONGOING THRU THE WEEK OF MY STAY ALTHOUGH NOT MUCH DELAY IN DRIVING. HOTEL POOL HEATED AND HOT TUB WERE ENJOYABLE AND RELAXING AFTER CROSS-COUNTRY FLIGHT. Good with the price. The only problem is bathroom's fan doesn't work well. the bathroom is too old so it makes a big noice when flushing

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and large, staff were friendly and the gym, pool and jacuzzi are well maintained. Unfortunately I did not have reliable WiFi access in my room. They also offer wired internet, which did not work either, even though I spent a lengthy time with support on the phone.

It was short but very enjoyable

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was small but clean and we were given fresh towels every day. The bed was a little too firm and the movie we decided to order in wasn't the best quality, was a little fuzzy, but besides that the staff was nice and courteous and our stay was pleasant.

The sheets were dirty and bloody. These were not stains. Numerous fresh blood spots were on the bottom sheet in the middle of the bed. When I complained to the manager, he took pictures of the blood and moved me to another room. I was offered one free meal to compensate for what I think are disgusting conditions.

You can't beat the location of this hotel, close to all the attractions in the area. Great bang for your buck! It was nice to see they updated the TVs since our last stay. The bed felt felt like you were sleeping on a piece of plywood, both of us woke up sore! Overall we would stay there again!

First room stunk like baby puke.. I got another room, which was better

I think it needs to be remodeled. Being old made it feel dirty. Pool was refreshing. For a Best Western the upkeep was not there.

i think the room made up for the lack of customer service at the front desk. Even the girl who was training seemed to hate her job...def something this hotel should work on

I really liked this hotel. Don't expect super comfort or big rooms.But the price is great and for that price you get the maximum: great location - 10 minutes to beach/SeaWorld/SanDiegoZoo/etc; clean room with lots of upgrades (new flat screen LCD TV with lots of channels on it/ fridge/coffee machine/clean bathroom/etc; also great job by the maids - […] they cleaned the room to perfection; good restaurant in the lobby - upon check-in they gave us a 15% off coupon to use, which we did and that lowered the bill, and they allowed to have the bill to my Room charge, so I didn't have to use my card again - and the food was very good/big portions too; and last - the service at the front desk was great! 阅读更多信息

The air conditioning did not work... I am from Alaska and I put the air conditioning on high and it didn't even cool the room down. I heard another couple checking out early cause their air conditioning did not work. You may save money on electricity by setting it to not cool the place down but you lose on return customers.

It was a clean but old. Service was good and location was fitting for our plans.

The double room was very small; the size it better fit for a single king room. The grounds were nice. I can't comment on the cafe; we were seated and left after 20 minutes when no one came to our table. Good location in San Diego; however this side of Hotel Circle needs a face lift.

It took about 15 minutes to find my room. They have a weird numbering system for the rooms with multiple buildings and no signs. My room was in the 500's. You would think that would be building #5. No. It was the second floor on the building where the ground floor was in the 400s. Bed was comfortable. Internet was slow. I did not experience loud, rowdy […] people around me as other reviewers had reported. The fridge did not work, glad I had my cooler. we enjoyed having a pool, fitness center and facilities like table tennis and a basketball hoop on site. Cafe was good for breakfast/brunch.

The location of this hotel was outstanding: 8 minutes to Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo, 10 minutes to Sea World, 5 minutes to Old Town, 12 minute walk to San Diego Trolley (train) stop. As for the down side, there were several. Room was clean, but the fridge was extremely small (two gallons of milk and it was full) and no microwave. The beds and pillows […] were very comfortable, but the room was very small--the two beds only had about 1' on either side before the wall. Mirrors throughout the hotel made the workout room, the hotel room, and other spots seem larger than they were. Multiple calls to front desk at night were slow to answer. Showering at 8:00 am was difficult since water was hot and cold. No provided breakfast (unlike many neighboring hotels). The on-site restaurant was quite pricey. While the hotel advertises a free shuttle to major attractions, the timing isn't the best. For example, SeaWorld shuttle left at 8:30 and returned at 5:30--but the park was open until 9:00. The San Diego Zoo shuttle left at 9:30 am and returned at 4:30 pm--but the zoo was open from 9am - 7pm. We wanted to extend our stay one night, and the front desk indicated I had better hurry to make the reservation since they were filling up and they quoted a rate well significantly more than what was listed on hotels.com. Despite the cons, for the price (compared to surrounding hotels) and the outstanding location, this hotel was good and we would return again in the future. 阅读更多信息

I was wishing to be up in Hillcrest most of my visit and the street that climbs up there is right by this hotel. Fine location in Hotel Circle. Very fast wi-fi connection. Room not fancy but clean and included small refrigerator and flat screen. Restaurant on premises is good. Very reasonable rates. Would recommend to friends.

we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, located close to all SD attractions, clean and comfortable - the only item I would change is Breakfast - most hotels include breakfast - this one does not - cafe on site - breakfast was OK - I will stay at other Best Western Hotels that include breakfast in the future

This is the nicest Hotel I have ever stayed in for the money. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the bed was ultra comfortable with 4 great pillows. The decor of the room made it feel like you were in a living room instead of a bedroom. This hotel had everything and then some. The pool and hot tub were immaculate and my daughter and I used the cardio […] room every night. The machines were in perfect working order and very clean. We were here for a college tour and were running a bit late the morning of...The restaurant manager was eager to get our breakfast to us in a timely fashion and the food was excellent. People above us and next to us were extremely noisy. Hotel staff were friendly though.

Water would not get hot in shower, lukewarm. No tv remote in room. Asked for a remote to be brought up to room. It never arrived our whole stay.
